What’s your favourite Subway cookie? I used to always get the oatmeal and raisin one, but I don’t think they sell it anymore in the UK ???? Now the double chocolate cookie is my new go-to ????
I was so excited when I tasted these cookies, as they taste just like them! Dare I say… better ???????? I ate three in one go and struggled to stop ????
Sound on for full instructions ????
All you need is:
115g Unsalted butter, melted
150g Light brown sugar
115g Granulated sugar
1 Large egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
160g Plain flour
20g Cocoa powder
1/2 tsp Bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp Salt
100g Milk/dark Chocolate chips
100g White chocolate chips
Bake 160C (fan) 8-10 mins

Triple Chocolate Cookies
These heavenly cookies will light up any chocolate lovers life! Whether you’re baking for friends or the 3pm sugar craving has hit, this cookie recipe will put a smile on anyone’s face; with chunks of dark chocolate scattered throughout, you’ll be going back for thirds.
Ingredients
125g dark chocolate, chopped
150g plain flour
30g dark cocoa powder
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
125g salted butter, softened
75g soft light brown sugar
50g caster sugar
1 large egg (cold from the fridge)
350g dark chocolate chips or chunks
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C. Melt the chopped dark chocolate gently in the microwave or over a bain-marie. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter, white and brown sugar. Add the melted chocolate, and stir well to combine. Beat in the egg.
3. Carefully fold the dry ingredients into the butter mixture, followed by the chocolate chunks. Use an ice cream scoop to spoon the dough onto a lined tray, leaving 5cm between each cookie.
4. Cook for 16-18 minutes, or until a skewer comes out slightly wet.
5. Leave to cool slightly, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. Store in an airtight container for 2-3 days.

Triple Chocolate Cookies Recipe - How to Make Chocolate Cookies
A chocolate lover’s dream! My triple chocolate cookies start with a rich chocolate cookie, and they pump up the chocolate with semi-sweet and white chocolate chips. In honor of World Chocolate Day on July 7, you have to bake these!
As with all my recipes, I use the scientific method to carefully craft them to ensure you get deliciously perfect results every time.
The addition of the white chocolate chips not only adds the third instance of chocolate to make these triple chocolate cookies, but the white chocolate also adds a smoothness and hint of vanilla to round out and complement the deep chocolate flavor.
