Triple Chocolate Cookies | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana
Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe. Because plain old chocolate chip cookies are too mainstream.
TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
½ cup white chocolate chips
½ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup cocoa powder
1¼ cups refined flour
½ cup butter
¾ cup castor sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons milk
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180° C. Line a baking tray with a silicon mat.
2. Cream together butter and castor sugar in a bowl using an electric beater. Add eggs and vanilla essence and whisk well.
3. Sieve in together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda and whisk well. Add milk and whisk. Add white chocolate chips and dark chocolate chips and fold well.
4. Divide the mixture into large equal portions and shape them into balls. Place them on the lined baking tray and lightly flatten.
5. Put the tray in preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
6. Serve.

125g Unsalted Butter
100g of Light Brown Soft Sugar
75g of Granulated Sugar
1 Egg
half teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
250g of Plain Flour
1 and half teaspoon of baking powder
half teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
quarter of a teaspoon of salt
35g of Regular Cocoa Powder (or 20g Reg Cocoa Powder & 15g of Dark Cocoa Powder)
100g of Dark Choc Chips
100g of Milk Choc Chips
100g of White Choc Chips
(OPTIONAL) 60g of milk chocolate (I used Dairymilk)
Bake in preheated oven for 12 - 13 mins
200c or 180c if fan assisted
400f / Gas Mark 6

Welcome to my Southern Kitchen, hope all of you are doing well, staying Safe and Healthy!!
Today I am making my favorite Cookie of all time and a Chocolate Lover’s Cookie, Chocolate Chip Cookies! But not your ordinary Chocolate Chip Cookies, we are using 3 types of Chocolate in these Cookies!
These are soft, chewy, and full of Chocolate Goodness! If you’re a Chocoholic, you will fall in love with these Cookies and you’re be in Chocolate Heaven; Also a great Recipe for a beginner Baker and fun to make with your Kids!

Ellen’s Homemade Self Rising Flour Recipe:
Dry Ingredients
3 3/4 cups self rising or all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt (if using all purpose flour)
Wet Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups packed light brown sugar
3 extra large or jumbo eggs, room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 (12 oz) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup dark chocolate chips
3 (1-ounce) squares baking white chocolate, chopped
1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (optional)
In a medium bowl, add flour, baking soda, and salt (if using); whisk or sift together until well combined. Set side.
In a large bowl with hand mixer, add the butter, margarine, white sugar, and brown sugar; cream on medium speed until fluffy. Next add in the eggs one at a time, beating after each egg, and vanilla extract; continue mixing until well incorporated. Gradually add the flour mixture a little at a time, mixing until well combined (scrape the bowl occasionally). Add and fold in all the chocolate chips, chopped white chocolate and pecans or walnuts (if using). Cover the cookie dough with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until firm.
Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
Using a ice cream scoop or spoon, drop the cookies by 1-2 tablespoonfuls or 1/4 cupfuls (depends on how big or small you want the cookies to be) about 3-inches apart onto a 9x13 inch long cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil or grease the pan with baking spray. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly brown. Remove the cookies from the oven and cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Serve with a glass of cold milk and enjoy!

Triple Chocolate Cookies
Soft & Chewy Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients:
8 oz chocolate bar (dark or bittersweet)
1 cup salted butter
4 L eggs
2-1/2 granulated sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups APF
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
Procedure:
1. Melt the chocolate with butter using Double-boiler method. Stir occasionally until melted and combined. Remove from heat and set aside.
2. Beat eggs, sugar & vanilla until fluffy.
3. Add the chocolate mixture. Mix until well blended.
4. Combine flour, cocoa powder & baking soda. Add to the egg & chocolate mixture.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Cover the bowl & chill in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight.
7. Preheat the oven at 350F.
8. Using an ice cream scooper (medium size), scoop dough and drop onto greased baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
9. Bake for 12 minutes in a preheated oven.
10. Let the cookies cool in the baking sheet then transfer to a rack to cool completely.
