How To make Too Easy Truffles
-Dottie Cross TMPJ72B 1 1/2 pk (12 ounces) Baker's semi-
-sweet chocolate 1 pk (8 oz) cream cheese; softene
3 c Powdered sugar
1 1/2 ts Vanilla
Ground nuts or Baker's Angel -Flake coconut, toasted Melt chocolate by placing in microwavable dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until almost melted, stirring after each minute. Remove from microwave. Stir until completely melted. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, beating until well blended. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Refrigerate about 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in nuts or coconut. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 5 dozen truffles. Variation: To flavor truffles with liqueurs, omit vanilla. CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
2 Bars (8 oz.) High-Quality Chocolate
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
6 tablespoon unsalted butter, cubed
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup pecan, chopped
1. Add cream to a small saucepan. Simmer over medium-low heat until tiny little bubbles form around the edge of cream.
2. Slowly whisk in cubed butter; a few pieces at a time.
3. When all the butter has almost melted; begin to whisk in a few pieces of chocolate until all the chocolate has melted.
4. Pour chocolate mixture into a 9 by 9 pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm; up to 2 hours or overnight.
5. Roll truffle mixture, between hands, into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball into cocoa powder, toasted coconut, pecan, or a little of each. Your choice!!

White Chocolate Truffles Recipe | How to Make White Chocolate Truffles
Another quick and easy no-bake dessert. This time white chocolate and coconut truffles. These white chocolate truffles recipe is really easy to make and toy need only few basic ingredients.

Makes about 14-15 truffles
Ingredients:
80z (225g) White chocolate
1/4 cup (60ml) Heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1½ tablespoon (23g) Butter
1/3 cup (33g) unsweetened shredded/desiccated coconut + 1/4 (25g) for coating
pinch salt
Directions:
1. Chop white chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl, add heavy cream and butter.
2. Set the bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler) and let the chocolate and butter melt completely. remove from heat.
3. Add vanilla extract and desiccated coconut, stir well.
4. Place the bowl in the fridge for 2 hours until the mixture firm enough to roll into balls.
5. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll in desiccated/shredded coconut.
Too easy truffles
tip. refrigerate for 1 hour and store in a glass jar

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES RECIPE
Ingredients:
GREEK YOGURT CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
(makes 12 truffles)
1 cup Greek yogurt (240g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (50g)
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup ground oats or oat flour (25g)
1/4 cup coconut flour (30g)
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per truffle):
50 calories, fat 1.5g, carb 7.8g, protein 2.8g
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate in the bowl first and then add the yogurt and honey, and stir well to combine.
Add the cocoa powder, oats and coconut flour, and mix everything together. Let it set in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Using a measuring spoon scoop the mixture and shape the truffles using your hands.
Place the truffles into the cocoa powder or shredded coconut and roll around until completely coated.
AVOCADO CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES
(makes 12 truffles)
2 small avocados (200g mashed)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (100g)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25g)
1/4 cup date paste (75g)
1/4 tsp salt
NUTRITIONAL INFO (per truffle):
66 calories, fat 4.2g, carb 7.8g, protein 2.8g
Preparation:
In a bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until completely smooth.
Add the date paste, cocoa powder, salt and melted chocolate.
Mix everything together and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Using a measuring spoon scoop the mixture and shape the truffles using your hands.
Place the truffles into the cocoa powder or shredded coconut and roll around until completely coated.
Enjoy!
