How To make Three Layer Fudge
3/4 c Butter, divided
1 (1-oz.) baking chocolate
1 1/4 c Sugar
2 t Vanilla, divided
1 Egg
2 c Crushed graham crackers
1 c Flaked coconut
1/2 c Nuts
2 T Light cream
2 c Confectioners' sugar
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate
(1 generous cup, unmelted) 3 T Paramount crystals
(optional) Melt 1/2 cup butter and baking chocolate. Blend in sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, egg, graham crackers, coconut, and nuts. Mix well with a spoon, then with hands. Press mixture ungreased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch pan; refrigerate Mix together 1/4 cup butter, light cream, confectioners' sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla; beat well. Spread over chocolate mixture in pan; chill. Melt semi-sweet chocolate and paramount crystals over hot, not boiling, water. Spread melted chocolate over white filling; chill. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in refrigerator. Makes about 56 pieces.

Here is what you'll need!
Vegan Chocolate & Peanut Butter Fudge
Makes 1 9x9-inch tray
INGREDIENTS
1 cup coconut butter
½ cup maple syrup
1½ cups peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 4-ounce baking bar dark chocolate
PREPARATION
Add coconut butter and maple syrup to a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring constantly. The mixture should start out smooth then thicken into a dense paste.
Add peanut butter to the saucepan and stir to incorporate. Continue to cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until the mixture achieves a smooth and pourable texture.
Remove the peanut butter mixture from the heat and allow it to cool slightly. While the mixture cools, break up the baking bar of chocolate into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for 1 minute (stirring every 15 seconds) or until it is completely melted and smooth.
Prepare a 9x9-inch baking tray by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray and layering it with a piece of parchment paper. Pour half of the peanut butter mixture into the baking tray and spread it out evenly. Add the melted chocolate to the remaining peanut butter mixture and mix thoroughly. Once incorporated, layer the chocolate mixture into the baking tray, over top of the peanut butter layer, and spread it evenly. Give the tray a few shakes and taps to remove any possible air bubbles and place the tray in the freezer for 1.5-2 hours to set.
Turnover the baking tray to remove the fudge. Cut into small rectangular pieces before serving. Fudge should be stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Chocolate Cake Recipe | Delicious Triple Layer Cream Cheese Fudge
Today Emily is baking the most delicious chocolate cake ever with 3 layers and a decadent cream cheese chocolate icing. This cake is sure to impress even the most extreme chocolate cake fans out there.
Cake batter ingredients below: ???? ???? ????
½ cups flour
1 cup cocoa powder ( Dutch processed provides a darker richer tone but its not required)
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ cups stout (Guinness draft tasted the best or substitute with 50/50 water & coffee)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon espresso powder ( instant coffee - we used a mocha coffee blend )
1 cup butter
1 ½ cups sugar
3 eggs
½ cup Coconut oil ( Can be substituted with vegetable oil or mayonnaise )
1 Cup of semi sweet chocolate chips
Cream cheese icing ingredients below: ???? ???? ????
1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter softened
8 oz cream cheese softened brick-style ( a whole brick )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 1/2 cups icing sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder (Dutch processed provides a darker richer tone but its not required)
Recipe:
1. Pre grease pans and add parchment paper (Not required but it helps)
2. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
3. Mix butter and sugar for batter (Mix well)
4. Add in eggs slowly one at a time (Crack into separate bowl first to avoid shells or bad eggs)
5. Mix wet ingredients (Stout, vanilla extract and expresso powder)
6. Mix dry ingredients ( Flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt)
7. Alternately mix in wet and dry ingredients into butter and sugar bowl ( helps to avoid making a mess when its alternately)
8. Make sure its FULLY MIXED
9. Add in 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
10. Distribute evenly between 3 8” cake pans. (Bake 25 mins)
11. Start mixing the icing
12. Start with a big bowl mix in butter, cream cheese and vanilla.
13. Start adding the dry ingredients slowly and mix well (it takes a while)
14. Check the cakes (top of the cake should still cave in & check with a fork to see if it’s still sticks) the cake still Cookes for a minute or 2 when its out because it’s still hot.
15. Once the cakes are done take them out of the pans and let them cool for an hour.
16. Apply your icing
17. Let the cake sit in the fridge (5-10 minutes ) or counter (30 mins)
18. Now you can cut yourself a slice and indulge.
19. Enjoy your cake
20. Hide a piece incase your family eats it all.
