Ingredients:
- 1 heaped cup of penne pasta
- 1 tsp salt in boiling water (for cooking the pasta)
Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water for the sauce.
For the Spicy Sauce:
- 1/2 finely chopped onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- 6 to 7 tbsp heavy cream
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp sugar (granulated)
- 1/2 tbsp butter (i used salted)
- 2 tbsp Grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2-3 freshly chopped basil leaves

LAY HO MA!! This noodle dish is incredibly easy to put together and MAN it's bursting with flavour! It's smokey, salty, spicy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. This recipe is great with spaghetti or capellini. Join me in this episode and learn how to make an easy garlic chili noodles recipe at home. Let's begin
Ingredients:
5 pieces garlic
170g capellini or spaghetti
3 dried red chili peppers
3 tbsp chili oil (
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup basil (packed)
Directions:
1. Bring a pot of water to boil for the noodles
2. Finely chop the garlic
3. Cook the noodles to package instructions. Stir the noodles occasionally to keep them from sticking
4. Remove the seeds from the dried peppers and roughly chop
5. When the noodles are done, strain them out and set aside
6. Heat up a non stick pan to medium low heat. Add in the chili oil
7. Sauté the garlic and chilies for 1-2min
8. Add in the noodles and soy sauce
9. Turn the heat up to medium and sauté for 2-3min
10. Add in the fresh basil. Turn the heat off and give it a stir

INGREDIENTS:-
1) 2 tbsp oil
2) 1 tbsp salt
3) 1 packet spaghetti
4) 1 medium carrot
5) 1 medium onion
6) 1 medium capsicum
7) 250 gram Chicken
8) oil 3 tbsp
9) 4-5 garlic cloves
10) 3-4 green chillies
11) Chilli flakes 1 tsp OR As required
12) Salt 1 tsp
13) White pepper half tsp
14) Vinegar 2 tbsp
15) Soy sauce 2 tbsp
16) Peri Peri sauce 1 tbsp (OPTIONAL)
17) Tomato Ketchup 1/2 cup
18) Ap Flour/Maida 1 tbsp + Water
19) Water 2 Glass
METHOD:-
In hot boiling water add oil, salt and spaghetti
(cook it for 10-12 min) When it's totally boil Drain in under cold running water and Mix 1 Tbsp oil & Set aside.... Take carrot, capsicum, onion and cut into cube.. Take Chicken and cut into cube.... in oil add onion, Capsicum and SAUTE FOR 2 MIN Add carrot (Saute for 2 min On MEDIUM FLAME) than take them out & set aside..........
Take Chilli and garlic cloves GRIND THEM TO MAKE A THICK PASTE.... In hot oil add chilli and garlic paste ....FRY FOR 2 MIN.... Add chicken and FRY FOR 2 MIN than Add Chilli flakes, Salt and White pepper ..mix well.. Add Vinegar, Soy sauce Peri Peri sauce (OPTIONAL) and Tomato Ketchup (mix well) Add Ap Flour in Water and STIR CONTINUOUSLY Add 2 Glass of water MIX WELL and (cover for 5 min) Add Boiled spaghetti MIX WELL and Add fried Vegetables MIX THEM WELL and Cover it for 2 min ....READY....

-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Chilli sauce 3 tbs

-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tbs
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs

Directions:
-In boiling water add spaghettis & mix well.
-Add salt, mix well & boil until tender (4-5 minutes).
-On a pot place a strainer, strain it & rinse with tap water. Add oil, mix well,strain & set.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, vinegar, white pepper powder, salt, garlic powder & mix well.
-Add chicken boneless stripes & mix well.
-Add baking soda & mix well. Cover & let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In a wok add cooking oil, marinated chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes on medium flame or until done & set aside.
-In a bowl add soy sauce, chilli sauce, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, mix well. Chowmein sauce is ready & set aside.
-In the same wok add cooking oil, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, mix well & sauté for 2 minutes. Take out & set aside.
-In same wok add cooking oil, garlic & mix well.
-Add spring onion white, mix well & sauté for a minute.
-Add boiled spaghettis & mix well for a minute.
-Add cooked chicken & mix well.
-Add prepared chowmein sauce, mix well & cook for 1 minute on high flame.
-Add stir fried vegetables & mix well.
-Add spring onion leaves, mix well & serve.

-Karahi may oil garam karen or marinated chicken daal kar 4-5 minute tak medium flame pe pakayen or alag rakh den.
