It's one of recipe developer Fong-Torres favorites, great when the weather is cold. Make a pot of congee soup, and set out bowls of condiments (chopped onions, parsley, ginger, and soy.

Today, I'll show you how to make Dak Juk (닭죽) - Korea Chicken Porridge! Dak means Chicken and Juk means Porridge in Korean. It's the classic food to eat in Korea to fight off colds, soreness or general lack of appetite. Most likely, you've called your mom when you fallen sick ... to bring some food home. Let her rest!
