How To make Texas Hash (Slightly Adapted)
1 lb Ground beef (we also
-sometimes use ground -turkey) 1 sm Onion, diced
1/2 Sweet green pepper, diced
1 sm Can tomatoes (we like to use
-the Ro-Tel tomatoes and -green chilies here) 1 c Cooked long-grain rice (or
-more, depending on how much -you want/need to stretch -it) 1/4 ts Chili powder (we use lots
-more, plus a healthy shot -cumin) Salt to taste Cook the meat, onions and sweet pepper in a frying pan until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Drain off any excess fat. Add the tomatoes, chili powder, and simmer briefly. Salt to taste. Mix the meat mixture with the rice, and place in a casserole. Bake at 350 until the mixture is hot and lightly browned.
We also like this topped with grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese (added just before baking).

Ninja Foodi Crispy Bacon Hash with Eggs and Cheese
Ninja foodi crispy bacon hash with eggs and cheese is so easy and delicious to make. This recipe is so good that you will want to make it at least weekly. Happy Holidays everyone! I'm sure as lot of people have received the Ninja Foodi for Christmas. Open it up and start cooking!

Crispy Bacon Hash with Eggs and Cheese
6 slices of bacon chopped
1 yellow onion-about a cup of diced onion
2 russet potatoes-diced
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
4-6 eggs-whisked
1-1/2 cups cheese of your choice and more to sprinkle on top.
1. Sear saute to Hi, when hot add chopped bacon. Cook 5-7 minutes until crispy.
2. Add onion cook for one minute next add russet potatoes, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Stir to make sure seasoning is even coating on potatoes.
3. Close crisping lid. Select bake/roast on Ninja Foodi, set for 350 degrees and 25 minutes and hit start. Stir every 5-8 minutes.
4. After 25 minutes tase to make sure potatoes are cooked through. Add egg and cheese mixture. Make sure eggs are even/level in pan. Sprinkle with more cheese on top.
5. Close crisping lid select bake/roast, set at 350 degrees and time for 5-7 minutes.
check after 5 minutes.
I found the eggs to be done after 5 minutes and cheese golden brown.
Cut into wedges and enjoy!
