How To make Taco Stew
1 pound lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped; -- (1/2 cup)
1 can (10 3/4-oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 can (14-oz) whole kernel corn, -- undrained
1 can (15-oz.) pinto beans in chili sauce, -- undrained
1 envelope (1 1/4-oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 cup water
coarsely crushed tortilla chips shredded Monterey jack cheese
In a large saucepan cook and stir ground beef and onion over medium heat till meat is browned; drain off fat. Stir in soup, corn, beans, undrained tomatoes, seasoning mix and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 45 minutes or to desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips and cheese. Makes 6 servings.

1 large chopped ONION
2 tablespoons minced Garlic
2 pounds Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
In a large pot, saute' onion and garlic in the olive oil to soften. Add the ground beef and brown. Drain any excess grease and then add the following:
(2) 15-ounce cans Whole Kernel Corn, DRAINED
(2) 15-ounce cans Black Beans, DRAINED
(2) 16-ounce cans Pinto Beans, DRAINED
(2) 14.5-ounce cans Diced Tomatoes WITH THE JUICE
(2) 15-ounce cans Tomato Sauce
(2) 14.5-ounce cans Beef Broth
(1) 10-ounce can Enchilada Sauce
(1) 1-ounce package Ranch Dressing Mix
(1) 1-ounce package Taco Seasoning
Let cook for about 15 to 20 minutes just to heat thru.
Add some shredded Velveeta just before serving and stir in to serve. Can add shredded cheese to each serving as well.
Options can include 2 cans of Hominy. You also can add a can of Rotel diced tomatoes and chilies with the juice.
BUDGET FRIENDLY! (Taco Stew Recipe)
Here's the recipe for taco stew!
1 carton of chicken broth (or veggie broth)
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup red lentils
1 can of black beans
4 oz of cooked lean meat
1 package of taco seasoning
2 cans of seasoned stewed tomatoes
1 can of no salt added stewed tomatoes
1 cup of gluten free rice
nutritional yeast on top for extra flavour!

Chicken Taco Soup - Easy & Delicious Crockpot Recipe!
Chicken Taco Soup
This is one of my go to slow cooker recipes!
Ingredients:
1 chopped onion (or 1 teaspoon onion powder)
1 (16 oz) can chili beans
1 (15 oz) can of whole kernel corn, drained
1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce
12 oz of chicken broth
2 (10 oz) cans of diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
1 (1.25 oz) package of taco seasoning
3 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts
Sour cream and shredded cheddar cheese for toppings
1. Place the onion (or onion powder), chili beans, black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chicken broth, and diced tomatoes in a slow cooker. Add taco seasoning, and stir to blend. Lay chicken breasts on top of the mixture, pressing down slightly until just covered by the other ingredients. Set slow cooker for low heat, cover, and cook for 5 hours.
2. Remove chicken breasts from the soup, and allow to cool long enough to be handled. Stir the shredded chicken back into the soup, and continue cooking for 2 hours. Serve topped with shredded Cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Cheap Crock-Pot Taco Soup That Anyone Can Make
I show you all how to make a quick and easy crock-pot taco soup that anyone can make. Taco soup is a family favorite and I know your family will like it if you like tacos lol.
Taco Soup
2lbs ground meat
1 pack of taco seasoning
1-1/2 cup water
1 can (16oz) mild chili beans undrained
1 can (15oz0 whole corn drained
1 can (15oz) pinto beans rinsed and drained
1 can (14oz) stewed tomatoes
1 can (10oz) diced tomato with green chilis
1 ranch salad dressing mix
Brown meat and put everything in the crock-pot on high for 30 min or so and enjoy.
Easy Taco Soup Recipe!
One of our very favorite recipes! Make a big pot and freeze the leftovers! Easy!
Taco Soup
You will need:
-1lb ground beef
-15 oz can of Pinto Beans
-15 oz can of Black Beans
-15 oz can of Tomato Sauce
-1 can Rotel (Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies)
-Packet of Taco Seasoning
-Packet of Ranch Dressing Mix (Powder)
-Masa (optional)
-Can of corn (optional)
1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
2. Stir in Tomato Sauce, Rotel, Taco Seasoning, and Ranch Seasoning, and 1 cup water
3. Simmer on med-low with lid on for 20-30 minutes
4. Add rinsed beans. Add corn (optional).
5. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
6. Add 1/4 cup masa (mixed with water to make a watery paste).
7. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
8. Top with corn chips, sour cream, and cheese if desired!
