How To make Taco Quiche
2 lb Lean Ground Beef
1 md Purple Spanish Onion *
1 ts Chili Powder
1/4 ts Ground Cumin
1/4 ts Salt
6 lg Eggs
1/2 pt Dairy Sour Cream
1 lg Avocado, Sliced
GARNISHES:
Whole Ripe Olives Chili Salsa, If Desired * Purple Spanish Onion should be chopped. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Line lightly greased 13-inch quiche dish (or one 13 x 9-inch pan or two 9-inch piepans) with tortillas, tearing them to fit, if necessary. Brown
ground beef and onion, pour off drippings. Add garlic, chili powder, oregano, cumin, thyme and salt, stirring to combine. Spoon Beef mixture in pan(s). Top with cheese. Beat eggs and milk together and pour into pan(s). Bake in moderate oven (350?F) 1 hour or until set. Spread top with sour cream; top with tomatoes avocado and lettuce. Garnish with olives. Cut into serving size peieces; serve with salsa.

Quick and easy low-calorie quiche recipe - using Old El Paso Taco Boats

Serves 4
273 calories each / 19g P, 19g C, 13.4g F
4 Old El Paso Stand N Stuff Soft Taco Kit
70g chicken breast
5 eggs
100ml almond milk
1 cup spinach
10g kalamata olives
20g feta cheese
30g light shredded cheese
How to make Taco Quiche- Annika & Mom
Taco Quiche
Ingredients:
Pie Crust
Taco Meat Filling
Egg Mixture
3 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 cups heavy cream
A pinch of chili powder (optional)
1 cup grated cheese
Spring onions or chives (optional)
Procedure:
1. Prepare homemade pie crust or you can also buy ready to go pie crust.
2.Add the taco meat filling in the pie crust.
3. Add the egg mixture, add grated chesse and chives or spring onions.
4. Preheat the oven 180 celsius or 350F atleast 15 mins before baking. Bake the quiche for 30-40 minutes until is done.
5. Cool down for 10 mins before eating. Serve with green salad.
