Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare a charcoal grill, and cook ribs for one hour over medium-hot coals, turning occasionally. Brush ribs with sauce. Sweet and sour pork spare ribs so delicious!
Ingredients :
Marinade: 500 g Pork Spare ribs 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp Salt
For Coating : 1 cup all purpose flour 4 tbsp cornstarch 1tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp spicy paprika
For the sauce: 1 cup pineapple juice 1tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp sugar 6 tbsp ketchup 4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce 1tbsp white vinegar Onion Bell peppers 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
