fantastičan kolač od pirinča / riže recept sa detaljnim uputstvima
Dragi gledaoci, danas vam donosimo fantastičan recept za kolač od pirinča (riže) koji će vas oduševiti svojim neobičnim ukusom i jednostavnom pripremom. Najbolje od svega, sve potrebne sastojke verovatno već imate kod kuće. Uživajte u ovom slatkom iznenađenju za vaše najmilije!
Sastojci:
- 125 grama pirinča (riže)
- 1/2 litra mleka
- 70 grama šećera (5 kašika)
- 200 grama pavlake za kuvanje
- Rendana kora jednog limuna
- Aroma vanile
- Aroma ruma
- 1 kesica želatina
Uputstvo za pripremu:
1. Prvo, skuvajte pirinač u mleku uz dodatak rendane kore limuna i kašičice arome vanile. Vreme kuvanja varira u zavisnosti od vrste pirinča koju koristite, ali obično je potrebno oko pola sata. Nakon kuvanja, sklonite pirinač sa ringle.
2. Dodajte šećer u skuvani pirinač i nekoliko kapi arome ruma. Dobro promešajte sve sastojke kako bi se sjedinili.
3. Dok se pirinač hladi, pripremite želatin prema uputstvu sa kesice.
4. Umutite pavlaku u čvrst sneg.
5. U ohlađeni pirinač umešajte pripremljeni želatin, dobro promešajte, a zatim dodajte i umućenu pavlaku.
6. Sipajte smesu od pirinča u kalup sa kaišem ili u pleh, ravnomerno rasporedite.
7. Ostavite kolač da se stegne nekoliko sati, a idealno bi bilo ostaviti ga preko noći u frižideru kako bi se ukusi sjedinili i kolač stegao.
8. Sutradan, izvadite kolač iz kalupa, secite i poslužite vašim najbližima. Sigurni smo da će svi biti oduševljeni ovim neobično ukusnim kolačem od pirinča.

Meet Peppa Pig and her family:
Peppa Pig is a lovable but slightly bossy little pig. She is four years old and lives with Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and her little brother George. Peppa likes playing with her best friend Suzy Sheep, visiting Granny and Grandpa Pig and looking after George. Most of all, Peppa loves jumping up and down in muddy puddles, laughing and making loud snorting noises.
George Pig is Peppa’s little brother. He is 18 months old and loves to play with his big sister, Peppa – even when she’s being bossy. George’s favourite thing is his toy dinosaur. He carries it everywhere with him. George can’t speak yet but can say one word very well: ‘Dine-saw!’
Mummy Pig likes jumping up and down in muddy puddles almost as much as Peppa. She works from home on her computer and sometimes lets Peppa and George help, as long as they don’t bash the keyboard. She is better at map reading than Daddy Pig and is very wise about most things.
Daddy Pig is very jolly and laughs all the time, especially when he plays with Peppa and George. Daddy Pig reads the paper and gets excited about trips in the car. He loves cookies and pumpkin pie and Peppa teases him about his big round tummy. Daddy Pig can be a tiny bit grumpy sometimes when he can’t remember where he put his glasses.

Najbolja čokoladna torta. Torta koju najčešće pravim zato što je izuzetno ukusna i odlična je za sve vrste dekoracija. Za ovaj video radila sam dekoraciju sa čokoladnim ganažom i miksom kupovnih čokoladica.

12 žlica šećera
9 žlica brašna
7 žlica kakaa
1 prašak za pecivo
prstohvat soli za bjelanjke
ČOKOLADNA KREMA:
1 l mlijeka
4 vrećice pudinga od čokolade
150 g čokolade za kuhanje
6 žlica šećera
250 g margarina
OSTALO:
400 ml šlaga
6 žlica marmelade po želji (marelica, šipak)
