How To make Spicy Nachos Supreme
8 oz Tomato Sauce
4 oz Diced Green Chiles
1/2 c Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1 Green Onion, Sliced
1/4 ts Hot Pepper Sauce
10 oz Tortilla Chips
2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Avocado
1 ts Lemon Juice
1/2 c Sour Cream
Jalapeno Slices, Optional Combine tomato sauce, chiles, green pepper, green onion and hot pepper sauce in a bowl; let stand for 15 minutes. Place tortilla chips in a shallow 8" X 10" baking dish. Pour sauce over chips; sprinkle grated cheese over all. Broil nachos for 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Just before serving, seed, peel and mash avocado. Stir in lemon juice. Spoon avocado mixture and sour cream on hot nachos and top with jalapeno slices. Serve immediately.

How To Make BEEF SUPREME NACHOS | NACHO CHEESE SAUCE
Hello my beautiful welcome back to my kitchen! Today I’m going to share with how I prepare the best nachos supreme for my family. This is sooo simple yet so satisfying. The best part that it’s one of your easy less than 30 minute meals!!!!! Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 Roma tomato
1/2 white onion
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Cheese sauce:
8 oz mild cheddar cheese
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
12 oz evaporated milk
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
About 3 tbsp pickled jalapeños

How to Make Loaded Nachos Supreme
A spicy cheesy sauce is the secret behind my Loaded Nachos Supreme. Easy to make, they are the perfect snack for a party, the big game, or even movie night at home.

1 1/2 pounds (680 g) ground beef (I use a combination of beef/veal/pork)
1 packet taco seasoning
3/4 cup (177 ml) water (or per packet instructions)
1 - 15 ounce (425 g) can of black beans (drained)
1 1/2 pound (700 g) bag corn tortilla chips
1 - 2.25 ounce (64g) can of sliced black olives
12 ounces (340 g) guacamole
14 ounces (397 g) salsa
Cheese Sauce:
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups (475 ml) whole milk
8 ounces (226 g) shredded pepper jack cheese
Cilantro or Parsley, chopped
Sour cream
Pickled Jalapeños
Large sheet pan
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat. Drain any fat. Add seasoning and water, stir to combine, and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken. (follow packet instructions) Remove from the heat and set aside.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour to make a roux. Allow the roux to cook for a couple of minutes to cook out the raw flour taste. Slowly whisk in the milk. Stirring constantly, cook until the mixture thickens. Add the shredded cheese and stir until the cheese melts. Remove from the heat.
Place a layer of tortilla chips on the sheet pan. Pour the cheese sauce over the chips. Add the ground meat mixture. Top with the olives, guacamole, salsa and sour cream. Garnish with the chopped cilantro and pickled jalapeños. Serve immediately.

LEARN HOW TO MAKE MY ULTIMATE VEGAN NACHOS RECIPE TODAY!
LAY HO MA! I absolutely love nachos and I know you do too! A great platter of nachos for me should be like attending a fun party. Your platter should have the most amazing tortilla corn chips and piled with delicious salty and spicy veggies. Lastly, your nachos need a delicious smoky cheese sauce. Join me in this episode as I show you how to make my ultimate vegan nacho recipe. Let's begin!
TOPPINGS:
4-5 cups tortilla chips
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 long green chili pepper
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup olives
2 tbsp capers
1 tomato
1/2 cup canned black beans
generous sprigs of cilantro
CHIPOTLE SAUCE:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
pinch of pink salt
2 tbsp homemade hot sauce (
1 tbsp smoked paprika
CHEESE SAUCE:
1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of pink salt
pepper
drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
1. Spread the tortilla chips onto a baking try lined with parchment paper
2. Top the chips with the veggie toppings
3. Blend up the cheese sauce ingredients in a high powdered blender until liquified (or soak the cashews overnight if you do not have a high powered blender)
4. Drizzle generously the sauces onto the nachos
5. Broil the nachos in the oven on low for 2-3min until the chips start to char

5 Minute Nacho Cheese Sauce
Homemade nacho cheese sauce is fast, easy, and made with simple ingredients! FULL RECIPE BELOW.

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
6 oz. medium cheddar, shredded (about 1.5 cups)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add the butter and flour to a small sauce pot. Heat and whisk the butter and flour together until they become bubbly and foamy. Continue to cook and whisk the bubbly mixture for about 60 seconds.
2. Whisk the milk into the flour and butter mixture. Turn the heat up slightly and allow the milk to come to a simmer while whisking. When it reaches a simmer, the mixture will thicken. Once it's thick enough to coat a spoon, turn off the heat.
3. Stir in the shredded cheddar, one handful at a time, until melted into the sauce. If needed, place the pot over a low flame to help the cheese melt. Do not over heat the cheese sauce.
4. Once all the cheese is melted into the sauce, stir in the salt and chili powder. Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. If the sauce becomes too thick, simply whisk in an additional splash of milk.
