1 c Grated Parmesan cheese
1 c Mayonnaise
1 cn (14-oz.) artichoke hearts,
-drained, chopped 1 cn (4-oz.) chopped green
-chilies, drained 1 Garlic clove, minced
2 tb Green onion slices
2 tb Chopped tomatoes
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients except onions and tomatoes. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes. Serve with crackers or pita bread triangles. Makes 2 cups. From: Steve Herrick Source: [Kraft]

Instructions:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a 9×13 baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili oil. Create a hole in the center and add the frozen spinach artichoke dip. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the mixture. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the dip has completely melted. Gently stir the ingredients, crushing the cherry tomatoes. Now, incorporate the pasta, ensuring it's well coated with the flavorful mixture. Finish by sprinkling Parmesan cheese on top, and savor your delicious creation!

Spicy 5-Ingredient Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
One 14-ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
16 ounces baby spinach
8 ounces whipped chive cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
12 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
One 14.5-ounce bag tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Place a strainer over a medium bowl and drain the liquid from the artichoke jar into the bowl. Reserve the liquid and set aside the artichokes.
Add 3 tablespoons liquid from the artichoke jar to a large saute pan over medium heat along with a pinch of salt and a few grinds of pepper. Add the baby spinach in handfuls and stir until all the spinach is wilted, then cook for a few minutes, allowing the liquid to evaporate a bit. Meanwhile, chop the artichoke hearts and add them to a large bowl.
Once the spinach is completely wilted down, add it to the chopped artichokes. Stir in the chive cream cheese, sour cream, 8 ounces pepper jack cheese and a pinch of black pepper and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
Transfer the spinach mixture to an 8-inch square baking dish and smooth off the top. Top the dip with the remaining 4 ounces pepper jack cheese. Place on a sheet tray to catch any drips, and bake until the edges are bubbly and the top is golden, about 25 minutes. (If desired, broil for 2 to 3 minutes to brown the top further.) Serve with the tortilla chips.

This is hands down one of my favorite dips, and this is how I make it.
——Ingredients——
-12 oz bag of frozen spinach or fresh
-1 cup of artichoke hearts (chopped)
-1 8oz block of cream cheese
-1/3 cup of mayonnaise
-1/4 cup of sour cream
-1 cup of mozzarella cheese
-1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese for the top
-1/2 cup of white cheddar cheese
-1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
-1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1/2 black pepper
-1 teaspoon onion powder
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon of paprika

Oven temperature 375° for 30 to 35 minutes or until cheese is all melted and bubbly.
