Beef and Sugar Snap Stir-Fry
Beef and Sugar Snap Stir-fry is a simple dish and is very filling with plenty of sliced beef in it. The contrast between the bright green of the sugar snap peas and the deep brown of the beef makes today’s dish so appetising. See the video.

Have a meal in Mayberry! To out-of-towners this North Carolina diner is best known for its appearance on the Andy Griffith Show; locals love it for its to-die-for pork chop sandwich.
In addition to appearing in his show, Andy Griffith continued to reference the restaurant in his recording of the song, Silhouettes, and talked of his visits there in interviews. He was especially fond of their hot dogs!
