How To make Sloppy Bbq Joes
1 lb Ground beef
1 sm Green pepper, diced
1/2 c Ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste 1 md Onion, chopped
1/2 c Bottled BBQ sauce
2 tb Sweet chunky relish
4 x Hamburger buns,
Split and toasted
Cook beef in skillet until well browned. Add onion and green pepper, cook until vegetables are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in BBQ sauce, ketchup, relish, salt and pepper into meat mixture. Simmer a few minutes, stirring often. Serve meat mixture spooned over toasted buns. SERVES 4.

Ingredients:
11/3 pounds (600g) ground beef
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
1 red bell pepper
10.5 oz (300g) tomato sauce
1/2 cup (115g) ketchup
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Method:
1. Chop onion, crush garlic cloves and dice bell pepper.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat sauté onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
3. add ground beef to skillet. Cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until it is no longer pink, 6 to 8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Stir.
4. Add brown sugar, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and stir well. Simmer over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally, about 20-25 minutes. Check the seasoning and add more if needed.
5. Served on toasted hamburger buns.

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c tomato sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
1 c bbq sauce
1 onion
1 bell pepper
