How To make Sesame Cheddar Sticks
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour; unsifted
1/2 ts Salt
2 tb Sesame seeds
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c Butter or margarine
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Cold water
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and sesame seeds. Cut in cheese and butter. Sprinkle with Worcestershire and water. Stir together with fork until mixture clings to side of bowl. Shape into ball; handle lightly. On lightly floured board, roll out dough 1/4-inch thick. Cut into 3- by 1/2-inch strips. A zigzag cutter lends a nice touch. Place on ungreased

Sesame-Cheddar Twists - Lynn's Recipes
Lynn demonstrates how to make Sesame-Cheddar Twists. These are great for appetizers or serve them with soup. Easy to make and very versatile. The cheese can be changed to suit your own taste. This came from EveryDay with Rachael Ray. I only made half of the recipe, but the entire recipe is listed below.
1 pkg. thawed frozen puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup plus 2 Tablespoons finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Unfold each pastry piece. Pat flat and brush with the egg. Sprinkle with the cheese and sesame seeds. Season, if desired. Using a pizza cutter, cut 1 dough sheet in half crosswise, then cut lengthwide to make eight 1 wide strips. Repeat with remaining dough sheet (you will have a total of 16 strips total).
Twist strips; arrange on baking sheet, pressing down ends. Brush with remaining egg. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Makes 16 twists.

Ingredients
For Vegetable Sesame Mixture
¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels - crushed (भुट्टे के दाने)
1 small Carrot - chopped (गाजर)
8-10 French Beans - chopped (फ्रेंच बींस)
1 fresh Green Chilli - chopped (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger - chopped (अदरक)
2-3 heaped tbsp Sesame Seeds - lightly toasted (तिल)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves - chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
2 medium Potatoes - boiled & grated (आलू)
Other Ingredients
4 slices Bread (ब्रेड)
Sesame Seeds for coating (तिल)
Oil for frying (तेल तलने के लिए)
For Sesame Garlic Ketchup
1 tbsp Oil (तेल)
1 heaped tbsp Garlic - chopped (लहसुन)
2 heaped tbsp Sesame Seeds (तिल)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Water (पानी)
1 cup Tomato Ketchup (टाॅमेटो केचप)
Process

In a bowl add crushed sweet corn kernels, chopped carrot, french beans, green chillies, ginger, toasted sesame seeds, salt, coriander leaves, grated potatoes and mix everything properly until well combined.

Take sliced bread and sprinkle some water on them then spread a big spoonful of the vegetable sesame mixture on the bread properly and evenly.
Now apply sesame seeds on the mixture and shallow fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Remove and cut the edges of the bread and serve in it by cutting in your desired shape with Sesame Garlic Ketchup.

In a pan heat oil and add chopped garlic saute until fragrant.
Now add sesame seeds saute for a few seconds then switch off the flames and add degi red chilli powder mix it once.
Then add water, tomato ketchup and mix everything properly. Keep aside for further use.

Below is the recipe for Sesame Sticks.
Sesame Sticks
Ingredients:
All purpose Flour- 1 cup
Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder- ½ tsp
Sesame Seeds -1 tsp
Cumin Seeds- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil- 3 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
Oil- To fry
For the slurry:
All-purpose Flour– 3 tbsp
Salt
Water
Method:
Take a deep bowl add all-purpose flour
Add turmeric and red chili powder, roasted sesame seeds and cumin seeds. Add salt, oil and mix well
Knead the dough.
Roll a ball of the dough. Cut it into half and roll each half.
For the slurry:
Take a bowl, add the all purpose flour to it.
Add in the salt and water to make a slurry.
Take a plate and add the slurry to it.
Take each roll and place it in the slurry. Coat well with the slurry.
Coat each of the stick with sesame sticks.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the sticks until golden brown.

It always disappears fast! How to make Cheddar Sesame Crackers
These homemade cheese crackers are the perfect snack for any occasion. These crackers are so light, crispy and flaky! I used a white cheddar. You can use your favourite cheese.
Ingredients:
1 +1/3 cup all-purpose flour(160 g)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 tablespoons butter (cold)-100 g
3,5 ounces cheddar cheese, finely grated (100 g)
1/4 cup sesame seeds (40 g)
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
5 teaspoons water (ice-cold) (75 ml)
Bake at 400 degrees F. 10-15 minutes, checking that the crackers are evenly baked. If the bottom is darker than the top, flip them and bake until nicely colored.
