How To make Sausage Bread
2 lb Bread dough*
1 1/2 lb Hot sausage
8 oz Grated mozzarella cheese
1 tb Chopped parsley
4 Eggs
8 oz Grated Romano cheese
Salt & pepper *Can use bakery, homemade or frozen dough (Thawed) Bring dough to room temperature. take sausage out of casings, cook well, but do not brown. Drain excess grease. Add Mozzarella to sausage. Add parsley, mix well. Set aside 1 egg yolk. Beat remaining eggs in separate bowl. Add Romano cheese, salt && pepper to eggs. Blend in sausage mixture. Cut each loaf of bread dough in half and roll out in long narrow strips. Spread 1/4 of sausage mixture down the center of each strip. Roll up, jelly roll fashion. Seal with egg yolk. Repeat with other dough strips. Brush loaves withegg yolk. Let rise until double in bulk. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 until golden brown, 30-45 minutes. Slice loaves to appropriate pieces for serving (may freeze at this point).

2½ cup all-purpose flour , spooned & leveled (plus more for dusting)

How to make a sausage bread rolls. This recipe yields 16 sausage bread rolls.
Here's what you'll need:
Ingredients:
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 egg (65g)
3 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (437g)
1/4 cup sugar (50g)
2 and ¼ teaspoon instant yeast (6-7g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
4 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
16 pcs cooked sausages or hotdogs
eggwash: 1 egg + 2 tbsp milk beaten
1 tablespoon sesame seeds for toppings

Ingredients:
-Pizza dough rolled out.
-Italian sausage.
-Sweet white onion's. Chopped.
-Shredded mozzarella cheese.
-Olive oil with chopped garlic.
Prep:
-Roll out dough.
-Cook the onions, sausage, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a tablespoon of olive oil.
-Spread cooked sausage mix on the dough.
-Sprinkle cheese over the sausage mix.
-Carefully roll up the dough.
-Place roll on a foil covered cooking sheet.
-Brush on the garlic olive oil.
-Cook according to the directions on the pizza dough.
-Take out, let cool and enjoy!

-3 cups of flour

-3 tbsp of butter (43g)
-1 beaten egg
