How To make Saucey Baked Beans(Idaho)
1 lb Idaho Pinto beans
1/4 lb Diced salt pork
1/2 c Sliced onion
1 Bay leaf
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1/2 c Catsup
1/2 c Molasses
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 tb Cider vinegar
1 t Salt
2 ts Dry mustard
Soak beans according to directions. Add salt pork, onion, bay leaf and salt. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Remove bay leaf. Drain and reserve 1 cup liquid. Add reserved liquid and remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with baked spareribs. Garnish platter with parsley and spiced crab apples. Makes 6 to 8 servings. HINT: Add tomatoes, vinegar or other acid additions when beans are nearly tender so softening of beans does not slow down. BAKED BARE BEANS
4 10-oz Navy Bare Beans
1/2 cup maple syrup
4 Tbs molasses
4 Tbs brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small chopped onion
1 lb. cooked, chopped bacon
Cook the bacon and chop and mix with beans and chopped onions. Place into a casserole dish. In a small bowl whisk together all remaining ingredients and pour into casserole dish and stir gently until fully incorporated. Store with a lid on in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. At least 3 hours before you want to eat, preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake with the lid on for at least two hours until hot and bubbly. Gently stir every 30 minutes to keep beans moist and the flavor throughout.

RECIPE: Hi Guys, today I’m going to show you how to make tasty Roasted Garlic Potatoes. Cook at 220 degrees Celsius/425 degrees Fahrenheit. Link to Baking Tray:
We’ll need potatoes peeled and cut into wedges. Toss the potatoes with ground black pepper, salt and olive oil. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast the potatoes and turn over the pieces. Roast until golden brown.
