1 tb Ghee 1 c Mixed vegetables, diced* 2 Garlic cloves 2 c Cooked rice 3 c Water 1/2 ts Sage 1 ts Rosemary 1 ts Parsley 1 tb Soy sauce Salt & pepper Heat ghee in a large soup pot. Saute the diced vegetables & garlic for 15 minutes. Pour over water, bring to a boil & simmer until the vegetables are almost tender. While the vegetables are simmering, add the herbs in order. About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the cooked rice. Add more water if necessary. "Tasajara Cooking"

Chinese Rice Soup (quick & easy)
This Chinese Rice Soup is a really quick and easy soup recipe that’s filling and nourishing. The Asian infused soup broth has a depth of flavour that belies the few ingredients called for. And as for add ins – in the spirit of simplicity and speed, I’ve just used fish and choy sum. But you’re only limited by your imagination!

CHICKEN AND RICE SOUP | EASY ONE POT MEAL IDEA | QUICK DINNER
Ingredients: 2 Chicken Breast 2 Celery Stalks 1 Large Carrot 1/2 Yellow Onion 1 1/2 Cup of Long Grain Rice/Jasmine Rice (For more soupy texture use 1 cup, cook on the lowest heat setting possible) 4 Cups Chicken Broth 4 Cups of Water 1/2 cup of flour 1 Stick of Salted Butter 2 Minced Garlic Cloves 4/5 Stalks of Thyme - Chopped Parsley
Seasonings: - 1/2salt (chicken) - 1 TBSP Pepper - 1/2 TBSP Paprika - 1/2 Garlic & Onion Powder (each) - 1 TBSP Auntie Tab Very Good Garlic Seasoning - 2 TBSP Chef Keyshawn All Purpose Seasoning - 1 TBSP garlic salt (in broth)
