Ingredients 1/4 cup margarine, or butter 1 1/3 cup rice, instant, uncooked 1/2 cup onion, minced or 2 tb instant chopped onion 1/3 cup green pepper, minced 2 each garlic, cloves, minced or 1/4 ts garlic powder 8 oz tomato sauce, can 7 oz clams, can, minced, drained 5 oz chicken, can, cooked
Directions: Heat margarine in large skillet and lightly brown rice, onion, green pepper, and garlic. Add remaining ingredients along with 1-1/2 cups water, and mix well. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
