Chocolate Chip Blondies Recipe | Vanilla Brownie Recipe
Chocolate chip Blondies are one of my Kids Favourites. You may be familiar with brownies . These are brownies without any cocoa powder or melted chocolates in the batter. Blondies are one of the simplest, tastiest baked goods you can make. These blondies are perfectly dense, rich, and fudgy with a paper-thin crinkly top. Use dark brown sugar, if you have .Use warm melted butter.
The chocolate chip blondie recipe 1 teaspoon of baking powder but the original recipe doesn’t call for baking powder . so you may choose to skip baking powder.

The original recipe does not call for baking soda or baking powder because these are intended to be dense, fudgy, and chewy. If you need a little more lift in your blondies, add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of baking powder
The one thing to keep in mind when baking blondies or brownies is that they will continue cooking after being removed from the so make sure you allow them to cool completely in the baking pan before removing them and cutting them into squares. This cooling time helps the middle to set correctly.

PECAN PIE BROWNIES
Brownies and pecan pie come together in one. These amazing and scrumptious dessert are perfect for parties and you’ll want them all year round. So good with vanilla ice cream. I’m not a big fan of the classic pecan pie because it’s way too sweet for me.
You can use store bought boxed brownies or cake mix for the base instead of from scratch. Just follow package instructions and cooking time. It’s super quick and easy. Make them ahead and store in the fridge.
Recipe makes 18 square pieces
For the brownies layer:
2 Sticks unsalted butter-melted
2 Tbsp oil
1 Cup sugar
1 Cup brown sugar-packed
4 Eggs
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1/2 Tsp salt
1 1/2 Tsp baking powder
1 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Cup all-purpose flour
For the pecan pie layer:
2 Large eggs
1/2 Cup brown sugar-packed
1/2 Cup maple syrup or corn syrup
1/4 Cup unsalted butter-melted
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups toasted pecans-coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C.
Bake the brownies layer first for 15 minutes, remove from oven then pour the pecan layer on top and continue baking 20 more minutes. Brownies are done when you gently shake the pan and the center just barely jiggles. Let cool completely before cutting.
Oven temperature may vary so you might have to bake a little longer.

Recipe
Makes 3 to 4 dozen pralines
Ingredients
3 cups (350 g) coarsely chopped pecans
1 ¾ cups (350 g) granulated sugar
1 ¾ cups (350 g) packed light brown sugar
¾ cup (175 mL) whipping cream (35%)
6 Tbsp (90 mL) 2% milk
6 Tbsp (90 g) unsalted butter
1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract
1 tsp (5 g) salt
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Sprinkle the pecan pieces in an even layer and toast for about 15 minutes until browned a little. Allow to cool and transfer to a bowl.
3. Place the granulated sugar, brown sugar, cream, milk and butter into a medium heavy-bottomed saucepan and bring to a full boil over high heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture reaches 230 F (110 C) measured on a candy thermometer. Add the pecans all at once and continue to cook to 237 F (114 C) while stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, stir in the vanilla and salt and then let sit without stirring until it cools to 212 F (100 C), 10-15 minutes.
4. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper. Once the praline mixes cools to the correct temperature, use a wooden spoon to stir it vigorously to “seed” it, so that it thickens to a satin consistency and is thick enough to spoon out. Drop spoonfuls of the praline mixture onto the baking trays. If you see the sugar spreads a little after spooning, just let the mixture sit in the pot for 30 seconds to a minute – it will start to set. Since the praline mixture does set quickly, you may find that it starts setting in the pot, or the scooped pralines have a dull finish instead a satin sheen, you can return the pot to low heat and stir to melt a little until.
The pralines will keep for up to a week in an airtight container.

These rich, fudgy hazelnut brownies have to be one of our ultimate favourites. They are just the right combination of every texture brownies should be. Crisp around the edges, with a moist, almost undercooked fudgy centre, and an explosion of rich chocolate flavour. The addition of little bits of tasted hazelnuts are just an added bonus.
These brownies actually have a bit of body behind them, they aren’t thin and mushy like some brownies. They have substance and density when you bite into them, and they boast the ever-elusive and much sought after shiny, glass- like, shatteringly-crisp surface, thin brownie crust that seems to be the calling card of all amazing brownies.
If you like your brownies rich, dense and fudge then these are the brownies for you. Make sure bake these hazelnut brownies until they have a slight wobble and the top is firm to the touch. If you like them a little more cake you won’t have to change a thing in the recipe just cook them for 10 - 15 minutes longer.
Our advice is err on the side of under-baking: An overcooked brownie is dry and crumbly, while an undercooked brownie is gooey, moist and delicious.
