PREPARATION 1. Take a pressure cooker, add 500 grams potatoes, 600 milliliters and cover it with lid and cook until you hear 2 whistles. 2. Open the lid and remove it from heat. 3. In a pan, add 300 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon salt,, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and mix it well. 4. Add 60 grams semolina and cook for 4 - 5 minutes. 5. Remove it from heat. 6. In a bowl, add boiled potatoes and mash it with the help of food masher. 7. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 70 grams grated paneer, 36 grams onions, 3 grams spinach, 1 tablespoon coriander, semolina mixture and mix it well. 8. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a ball with help of your fingers. 9. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy. 10. Remove it from heat and drain it on an absorbent paper. 11. In a bowl, add 50 grams mayonnaise, 50 grams ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and mix it well. 12. Serve.
