2 c Cooked Idaho Pinto Beans
divided 1 lb Ground beef
1 c Chopped onion, divided
8 oz Tomato sauce
2 ts Chili powder
1 t Cumin
1/2 ts Salt
1 lb Frozen bread dough :
thawed
1/2 c Chopped green pepper
1/2 lb Grated Monterey Jack
Red pepper flakes to taste Guacamole :
(recipe below)
To make this pizza meatless, omit the beef and increase the beans to 3 cups, mashing 2 cups. Mash 1 cup of the beans; set aside remaining cup. Brown beef with 1/2 cup onion in large skillet. Stir in mashed beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and salt. Simmer 10 minutes. Pat or roll dough to cover bottom of greased 14-inch pizza pan. Spread with bean-beef mixture. Top with remaining onion, green pepper, reserved whole beans and cheese. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes. Bake in pre-heated 400-degree F oven for 15 minutes or until crust is browned. Cut into wedges. Top each serving with a dollop of guacamole. Guacamole: Mash 1 medium avocado with 1 clove minced garlic and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add liquid red pepper sauce and salt to taste. It only takes a few simple ingredients to make this recipe, such as flour, water, some cheese and butter. I'm sure anyone can make it! Recipe and ingredients:
200 ml warm water.
1 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.
Add 150 grams of flour and mix.
Add another 150 grams of flour and knead the dough.
The dough should be a little sticky.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
Grate 100 grams of gouda cheese or any other cheese of your choice.
Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Make 4 balls.
Cover the dough so it doesn't dry out.
Roll out the dough very thin.
Melt 100 grams of butter.
Brush the dough with butter.
Add grated cheese.
Add some sesame seeds.
Roll the dough into a roll.
Roll out the flatbread to 18 cm in diameter.
Grease the skillet with butter.

* Ingredients
300g (2 cups) All purpose flour
5g (1 tsp) Salt
5g (1 tsp) Suagr
480ml (2 cups) Water
15g (1 tbsp) Cooking oil
* Important tips
1. Total of 2 cups of water, both warm and cold water, need to be added in 2-3 times, so that the batter can be mixed very quickly.
2. Make sure to keep pressing the edges of the flatbread with a spatula, so it can puff up.
3. Heat on medium-low heat, close to medium heat, if you want to make big bubbles later turn the heat to medium heat
4. Cover with a sheet when done, and when all done the inside of the flatbread is also very soft

168g/1 ½ cups Almond Flour

14g/ 1 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
