How To make Peppermint Fudge Pie
24 chocolate cookies
crushed
1/2 cup butter or margarine
4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup peppermint candy :
crushed
Directions: 1 Combine cookies and melted butter or margarine. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes. Cool. 2 Put 3 cups marshmallows in a double boiler. Add milk, and cook until mixture melts and thickens. Cool in refrigerator for about 15 minutes. 3 In another bowl, whip the cream. Blend in the crushed candy and remaining 1 cup marshmallows. Fold whipped cream mixture into melted and cooled marshmallow mixture. 4 Pour into crust, and chill well before serving. Makes 1 - 9 inch pie

Peppermint Fudge recipe (blog post coming soon!)
- 1 1/2 cups (260 g/ 9 oz) semi sweet chocolate chips (or a combo of milk/dark
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips/white chocolate
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk, divided (3/4 cup per layer)
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
1/4 - 1/2 cup crushed peppermint
- 3/4 cup after eight mints, chopped (or any type of peppermint flavored chocolate)
Directions:
1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine 1/2 the condensed milk, 2 tbsp butter and 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate- melt until nice and smooth.
2. Spread the mixture evenly onto the bottom of a 9 inch square tin lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
3. Repeat the procedure with the white chocolate and spread atop the cooled chocolate fudge layer.
4. Quickly top with peppermint chunks and chopped peppermint chocolate.
5. Chill until firm before cutting into squares.

Refreshing Chocolate Peppermint Fudge topped with melt-in-your-mouth peppermint bits. This fudge is so rich and creamy and makes great gifts for Christmas.

Chocolate Peppermint Pie
Thrill your holiday guests with this beautiful layered frozen dessert! With all the classic holiday flavors of cookies, peppermint, and chocolate. Merry Christmas from Dyches Delicacies! Recipe below:
Chocolate Peppermint Pie
1 box crushed vanilla waffers, with 1/4 cup reserved for garnish
1/2 cup melted butter
Coat crushed cookies with melted butter and press into 13 x 9 baking dish, place in fridge to set up.
Blend 1/2 gallon of half melted mint ice cream until smooth. Spread over cookie crust and return to freezer.
Melt 1/2 cup butter and 1 oz bakers chocolate and stir until combined. Blend in 3 egg yolks, 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat the 3 egg whites until opaque white and stiff peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture. Spread mixture over top of ice cream layer and return to freezer. Let freeze overnight or at least 3 hours until firm.
When ready to serve top with a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed cookies and candy canes, enjoy!
