How to Bake a Crown Royal Peach Cobbler #Peaches #Dessert #HomeBaking
For years I have baked a Rum Cake which you can find in my videos. I decided to learn how to bake another dessert. I found this recipe on-line in which I was interested in so I decided to try a new baking dessert recipe, Crown Royal Peach Whiskey Cobbler.
Ingredients
28 oz Can Undrained Peaches
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Stick of Butter
1/2 Cup of Light Brown Sugar
2 TSP Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Crown Royal Peach Whiskey
3/4 Cup Cold Water
1 Heaping TBSP of Cornstarch
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Light Brown Sugar
2 TSP Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup Self Rising Flour
2 TSP Cinnamon
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400, melt 1/2 stick of butter into a 13X9 baking dish.
2. In a heavy saucepan, combine a 28 oz can of peaches (undrained), 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and add 3/4 cup of Crown Royal peach whiskey to mixture and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. In a separate bowl combine 3/4 cup of cold water and a heaping Tbsp of cornstarch to form a slurry and add to peach mixture and return to a boil.
4. In another mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of sugar, 1/2 cup of light brown sugar, 2 tsp of vanilla extract, 1 1/2 cups of self rising flour and enough milk to make a thin batter. Whisk with a wire whisk.
5. Pour hot peaches into casserole dish with melted butter and then pour batter mixture on top.
6. Combine 2 Tbsp of sugar, 2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg (optional) and sprinkle on top.
7. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

How to make Crown Royal Peach Cobbler, full of flavor and love, you cannot go wrong with this recipe, while cooking your house is full of bursts of spices.
29 oz can of peaches leave the juice withe peaches
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon put all in heavy pan on stove
1/2 cup of water, bring all to a boil reduce heat add 3/4 cup of crown royal let simmer 10 minutes.
Separate bowl , 1 cup sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup self rising flour
whisk together, in a bowl 1 heaping teaspoon corn starch, 3/4 cup cold water, add 1cup of milk in the flour mixture.
Put the pan ingredients on top of butter, then pour the flour mixture on top, in a bowl mix 2 tablespoon sugar, 2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg mix together and sprinkle on top of mixture, bake about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Preheat oven 400
