1 Unbaked 9 inch pie shell 2 cups Cooked or canned pumpkin 1 can 14oz sweetened condensed Milk 2 Eggs 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon Ginger 1 1/2 cups Mincemeat Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine pumpkin, condensed milk, egg and spices. Mix well. Pour mincemeaty into pie shell, top with pumpkin mixture. Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Tea Recipe: #TEA INFUSED FRESH PEACH PIE!
Imagine fresh, juicy peaches infused with your favorite black tea. This is easy and scrumptious and over the top served with salted caramel ice cream!
There are two versions of this recipe. The first is the original by Chef Robert Wemischner. His website is where you can find his books and information. .

Our recipe is an adaptation using a different tea, which has real ginger in it and uses frozen pie crusts rather than his from-scratch crust.
Here's ours: PUERH GINGER PEACH PIE 2.5-3 TBS Puerh Ginger tea (buy it here 16 oz. water 8-10 ripe yellow peaches 6 oz. granulated sugar, to taste 1-1/2 TBS cornstarch 1 tsp. cinnamoon 4 TBS butter, chilled and cut into 1/4 inch cubed (optional) Two good quality frozen 8-inch pie crusts
Directions: Peel and slice peaches into 1/2 slices
Bring water to boil, add tea, turn off heat and steep tea 4 min.
Pour liquid through a sieve into a bowl or small teapot
Add sugar and stir to dissolve
Separate 5 oz. of liquid into small bowl to cool
When cool, add cinnamon and cornstarch, whisking/stirring until thoroughly dissolved
Put all liquid into a saucepan large enough to allow peaches to be added and stirred
Cool liquid over medium heat until thickened
Add peaches; Stir peaches thoroughly into liquid and cook until soft but not mushy...about 15 min. Optional: Add butter cubes and allow to melt into filling.
All peach mixture to cool while frozen pie crusts unthraw
Fill unthawed bottom crust with peach filling
Use top crust for lattice strips, designs, or full top crust with slits
Place on parchment or foil-lined deep cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375F for 1 hour 10 min.
Cool and serve alone or with whipped cream or ice cream

Peach Pie with Frozen Peaches Recipe
Start to finish recipe of homemade peach pie using only frozen peaches! Roll out my all-butter pie crust, or even use pre-made dough if you like. Mix the peaches a few ingredients, fill the pie and lay the top layer of dough, and bake. This is just as good as using fresh peaches and MUCH easier.

This is my recipe for something i grew up on,its simple and so easy Here the simple recipe
Recipe 6-8 peaches ( sliced) 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 24 oz pineapple juice or nectar 6 oz butter 1 tablespoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 oz cornstarch ( slurry) OR YOU CAN USE 1 JAR OF OLD SCHOOL PEACH PRESERVES 1 package Pillsbury pie dough
Combine all ingredients ( except cornstarch)in pot and bring to a boil Add cornstarch and let thicken Simmer for 5 minutes Cool completely
Cut pie dough into 5 in circles Add 2 tablespoons of peach mixture in center of circles Brush dough edges with beaten eggs
Fold over corner to corner and seal with fork brush with egg wash
bake on 350 degrees oven 15 minutes or until golden brown Enjoy!!!
