How To make Pasta Pomodoro (Tomato Pasta)
1 c Butter or margarine
1 Onion; minced
6 Garlic cloves
4 cn Italian-style tomatoes
-(28-oz size cans) 3 Beef bouillon cubes
2 ts Salt
5 sm Dried red hot chiles
- (optional) 1 c Chopped bacon (optional)
2 tb Olive oil
2 lb Macaroni
1 1/2 c Grated
Parmesan cheese Melt butter and add onion and whole garlic cloves. Saute until onion is golden. Add tomatoes with liquid and simmer over low heat 1 1/2 hours, or until sauce is thick. Add bouillon cubes, season to taste with salt and heat until cubes dissolve. Add chiles and/or bacon, if using, and simmer 30 minutes longer. When ready to serve, remove garlic cloves and chiles. Stir in oil. Meanwhile, cook macaroni until tender but firm and drain. Pour tomato sauce over macaroni and add cheese. Toss with fork and spoon until sauce and cheese are well distributed.

500 g peeled tomatoes
400 g dry spaghetti
1 small onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of basil
80 ml olive oil
30 g Parmesan cheese
Salt and black pepper

Ingredients:
400g peeled plum tomatoes
200g picadilly tomatoes
100g spaghetti pasta
4 garlic cloves
basil leaves
pinch of salt
oilve oil
Directions:
Cut piccadilly tomato in half. Pour the olive oil on pan and add unpeeled 4 garlic cloves. Add piccadilly tomatoes and let it cook for 4 minutes. After that add peeled plum tomatoes and break them up into smaller pieces by spatula. Add few basil leaves and take out the garlic from the pan. Meanwhile put the pasta in to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Before you transfer pasta to tomatoes, add pinch of salt. Cook it for another 8 minutes, add some pasta water At the end shred by hand few basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Mix it and put on the plate.

Pasta al pomodoro - Tomato Spaghetti
Pomodoro literally meaning tomato in Italian - This is a meal greater than the sum of its parts. So simple yet so hearty - an Italian food typically prepared with pasta, olive oil, fresh tomatoes, basil, and a hint of chilli.
Rather than a heavy sauce like a ragu or a bolognese this is intended to be a quick light dish. Perfect for a lunch or as a pasta dish in a multi course meal (the primo)
* x2 400g tin plum tomatoes
* 3 Tbsp olive oil
* 6 Garlic Cloves (25g appx.)
* 1/4 Chilli Flakes
* 1/2 tsp Salt
* 3-4 Leaves of fresh basil
* 250g Pasta
* Grated Parmesan to serve
