How to Make Cheesy Spinach Chicken Breast | You’ll love this recipe
Cheesy, creamy, and juicy Spinach Chicken Breast is perfectly cooked in oven that will melt in your mouth. This Chicken Recipe is super delicious that everyone will enjoy every bite of this yummy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast.
Instructions:
► 120 grams of cream cheese
► 1 ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise
► Grate 2 garlic cloves
► ½ teaspoon of salt
► Mash them
► Chop up 120 grams of spinach
► Transfer the spinach to the bowl
► 65 grams / ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
► Mix them
► 800 grams / 4 large chicken breasts
► Make a cut in the chicken breasts
► Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt
► 1 teaspoon of black pepper
► 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
► 1 teaspoon of granulated onion
► Similarly, sprinkle salt, pepper, … on the other side
► Transfer the paste on top of chicken breasts
► Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan (or any of your favorite veggie oils)
► Sauté the chicken breasts over medium heat for 7 minutes
► Coat a bakeware with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
► Bake them in a preheated oven at 220°C / 425°F for 20 minutes

This is an easy, delicious one pot creamy, chicken and spinach recipe. It's very low in carbs so it's keto-friendly. You could also use turkey instead of chicken for this. Preparation and cooking time takes about 30 minutes so it's perfect for a weekday evening when you want to make something fast, easy and delicious.
Ingredients:
1 kg or 2.2 pounds of chicken or turkey
2 tablespoons of butter (30 grams or 2 ounces)
1 diced onion
4 -5 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup cream cheese at room temperature (90 grams or 3.2 ounces)
1/4 cup of water (60 ml)
2 tablespoons of poultry seasoning (9 grams)
1/4 cup of aged cheese of your choice (cheddar or parmesan) (2 ounces or 56 grams)
1/4 cup of melty, stretchy cheese of your choice (mozzarella) (2 ounces or 56 grams)
6 cups of frozen or fresh spinach (1 kg or 2.2 pounds)

1. ADD COOL OR COLD WATER ENOUGH TO COVER THE CHICKEN
2. ADD 1/2 TO 1 CUP OF WHITE VINEGAR
3. SOAK FOR 15 TO 20 MINUTES
4. DRAIN THE CHICKEN THROUGH A STRAINER. RINSE WITH COLD WATER
5. PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS
6. PLACE THE CHICKEN INTO A CLEAN BOWL
7. SANITIZE YOUR WORK AREA & CUTTING BOARD

SAUTE'ING & MIXING
1. USING A LARGE SKILLET ON MEDIUM HEAT. ADD 2 TO 3 TEASPOONS MORE OR LESS TO THE
SKILLET.
2. ADD THE CHICKEN TO THE SKILLET . ( THE WATER IN THE CHICKEN WILL APPEAR & COOK OFF )
3. COOK UNTIL THE CHICKEN IS NO LONGER PINK . 3 TO 4 MINUTES
4. ADD THE PICT SWEET PEPPERS & ONIONS TO THE SKILLET . BLEND TOGETHER
5. ADD THE DICED TOMATOES & SPINACH. BLEND TOGETHER
6. ADD THE GARLIC & ROTINA PASTA . BLEND TOGETHER
7. ADD THE GARLIC , ONION POWDERS, CHICKEN SEASONING , KICK'N CHICKEN , SWEET PAPRIKA , ITALIAN SEASONING & OLIVE OIL, BLACK PEPPER . MIX UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
** TURN THE HEAT OFF **
8. ADD THE 2 CONTAINERS OF THE CHIVE & ONION CREAM CHEESE . MIX WELL

CROCKPOT
1. USING THE BUTTERED CROCKPOT. ADD A LAYER OF THE PASTA & CHEESE MIX
2. ADD A LAYER OF EACH OF THE CHEESES. FOLLOW WITH A LAYER OF THE PASTA & CHEESE MIX.
3. ADD THE FINAL LAYER & TOP WITH THE CHEESES.
4. SPRINKLE WITH THE ITALIAN SEASONING, SWEET PAPRIKA.
5. ADD 1 TO 2 CUPS OF THE MILK . MORE OR LESS AS NEEDED
