1 c Shortening 1 c Sugar 2 Eggs; beaten 2 c Flour 2 c Oatmeal; uncooked 1 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Soda 1 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Salt 1 c Dates; or raisins 1 c Nuts; chopped 1/4 c Milk Recipe by: dsjn00a- Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs. Mix the dry ingredients, sprinkle over the raisins and nuts and combine the mixtures, adding only enough milk to make a stiff dough. Drop on greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart. Bake 10-12 minutes in moderate oven, 350~. -----

Preparation 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, rolled oats, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, cranberries and cinnamon 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the baking margarine, egg, honey and Alpro Oat drink until combined. Add to the flour mixture and stir until the batter is evenly moistened. 3. Drop 1 tablespoon of the batter onto a baking sheet and repeat until all the batter is on your baking sheet. Bake until golden brown - around 15 to 20 minutes. 4. Let the cookies cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes and serve.

Ingredients:
- 200 gms Chocolate - 1/4 cup Peanuts - 1/4 cup Almond - 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
Method:
- In a bowl add chocolate and microwave it for 2 min. - Remove it from the microwave and mix it. - Add Peanuts, Almonds and Cashew Nuts to the melted chocolate and mix it well. - Scoop out small portions of the mixture on the tray and refrigerate for 1 hour. - Ready to Serve.
