How To make Nutty Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
1 c Margarine; (2 sticks) at
-room Temperature 1 1/2 c Packed dark brown sugar
1 c Granulated sugar
1 ts Vanilla; (1 to 2)
2 Eggs
1 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ds Salt
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 ds Ground nutmeg
1 Generous cup raisins
1 Generous cup chopped walnuts
Or walnut halves 3 c Uncooked rolled oats
Recipe by: St. Louis Post-Dispatch 12/2/96 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer, beat together margarine and sugars until creamy. Add vanilla and eggs; beat until smooth. Stir in flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix until smooth. By hand, stir in raisins, walnuts and rolled oats. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons onto parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until cookies are lightly and evenly browned. Leave on cookie sheets for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely. -----

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe

Nutty Oatmeal Cookies | Easy Recipe
Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies with Peanuts
Ingredients
• 2 cups oatmeal
• ¾ cup of sugar
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 spoons of all-purpose flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 cup butter (softened)
• 1 cup crushed nuts
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Procedure
1. Mix oatmeal, baking powder, cocoa powder and sugar.
2. Mix in butter.
3. Add eggs.
4. If completely mix, add the all-purpose flour.
5. Add in the nuts and vanilla.
6. Freeze for 10 minutes.
7. Preheat oven to 170°c.
8. Wax pan with butter/oil or use waxed paper for cookies not to stick.
9. Form balls cookie dough in any size you want. Then flatten using fork.
10. Bake for 15 minutes.
You can adjust the ingredients and procedure yourself for what texture your cookies you wanted.
