How To make Nutty Cheese Ball
1/4 lb Bleu Cheese
1/4 lb Grated Cheddar
3 oz Cream Cheese
1 sm Grated Onion
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1/8 lb Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
1/8 lb Chopped Walnuts Or Pecans
Blend together well the cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce. Add 1/8 pound of chopped nuts and blend well again. Form into a large ball and refrigerate overnight. Bring to room temperature one hour before serving. Roll in 1/8 pound of chopped nuts. Serve with crackers or corn chips. From: Syd's Cookbook.

KitchenAid's Nutty Cheeseball:
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 package (8 oz) light cream cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans (they specified 1/4 cup, but it was not enough)
Place all ingredients except pecans in mixer bowl.
Attach bowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to speed 4 and beat about 1 minute, or until well blended.
On waxed paper, shape mixture into a ball.
Roll ball in chopped pecans.
Wrap in waxed paper. Refrigerate until serving time.
Serve with assorted crackers and vegetables.

Nutty Bacon Cheeseball
This flavorful cheeseball Is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. The sharpness of the blue cheese and green onions combined with the saltiness of the bacon and the crunch of the pecans offers a delight to your taste buds.
INGREDIENTS
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/2 C milk
1 C (8 ounces) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 C (8 ounces) shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/4 C (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese
1/4 C finely minced green onions (white parts only)
10 slices of bacon, cooked, drained, finely crumbled and divided
3/4 C finely chopped pecans, divided
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 C minced parsley
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
DIRECTIONS
Set out the cream cheese to soften. (If you forget this step, you can always remove the cream cheese from the foil wrapper and soften it for 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.
Cook the bacon until crisp. Set on a paper plate covered with paper towels to drain and cook.
Mix cream cheese and milk on the low speed in a large bowl using an electric mixer. When blended add the other three cheeses. Blend on medium speed until well combined. Stir in green onions, half of the bacon, and half of the pecans. Add salt and pepper to taste. Transfer half of the cheeseball mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap. Form into a ball and wrap tightly. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Refrigerate until chilled, at least two hours.
In a pie pan or on a dinner plate, mix the remaining bacon, remaining pecans, the parsley and the poppy seeds. Remove the plastic right wrap from each ball and roll in the bacon mixture until well coated. Wrap each ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use, up to 24 hours.
If you would like to freeze the cheeseball, rewrap it in plastic wrap and put it in a sealed container and set in the freezer.
Makes 2 cheeseballs (24 servings).

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe
