6 c Peaches, sliced 1 tb Maple syrup 1/4 ts Almond extract 2 tb Shredded coconut CRUST: Grind the almonds & set aside. Grind the dates to form a paste. Add the ground almonds & form a ball. Press into an 8" pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill. FILLING: Toss the peaches with the maple syrup & almond extract. Spoon into the pie crust & sprinkle with the shredded coconut. Serve.

I am down with warm peach pie in the colder months, but in the hot summer it just doesn't hit the spot. However, this recipe does! My friend got me hooked & just don't knock it til you try it (because I sure did).
Recipe ???? -6-8 peaches peeled & cut -Graham cracker pie crust (I always use store bought, but you could make your own) -1 can sweetened condensed milk (you could do a little less than a can 1/2 can -1 can) -juice or a lemon (doesn't have to be a fresh lemon)
1. Place cut peaches in pie crust 2. Combine sweetened condensed milk with lemon juice. Pour mixture all over the peaches in the pie crust. 3. Top with whipped cream (recipe I used below) 4. Serve quickly after making to avoid it getting soggy. I recommend serving within 3 hours of making. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Whipped cream ???????? -1 cup heavy whipping cream -2 TBSP powered sugar -1/2 TSP vanilla
This easy, very delicious, quick No-Bake Peach Cheesecake Pie has a similar base as a normal Cheesecake Pie. The secret to it though is it is enriched with lots of delicious Peach flavor on top of the other rich flavors. This pie doesn’t take very long to make, and it is simple enough for anyone to prepare.

Dessert Ingredients: -1 Graham Cracker Crust -1/2 Cup Graham Crackers (Crumbled for decoration which is optional) -2 Cans Peaches (1 Can is for decoration which is optional) -1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk -2 Blocks Cream Cheese (8 oz. Each) -1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
Dessert Instructions: -Crumble up Graham Crackers and set aside for later -Dice and slice peaches into smaller chunks. Separate evenly in 2 bowls, and set aside for later -In a mixing bowl, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Both Cream Cheese blocks, and Lemon Juice. Mix until very smooth -Add in 1 Bowl of Peaches into the above mixture, and fold in until combined -Scoop peach cheesecake mixture into the Graham Cracker Crust and smooth out evenly -Cover and place pie if fridge for 2-3 hours to allow time to set -After 2-3 Hours, Pie is ready to serve, or add on the optional Peaches and Graham Cracker Crumbs
Notes: -The Optional Graham Cracker Crumbs on top will get soggy after about 24 Hours. Only use if serving whole pie within 1 day -The Optional Peaches on top does best if drained and pat dried with paper towel after diced up
