1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 c Butter or margarine
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Hershey's cocoa
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 1/2 c Quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c Flaked coconut
1/2 c Chopped nuts
Recipe by: Hershey's 'Fabulous Desserts' In medium saucepan combine sugar, butter, milk and cocoa. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil; remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Immediately drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool completely. Store in cool, dry place. Source: "Hershey's Fabulous Desserts." -----

Try This Vegan Recipe ~ No-Bake Chocolate Coconut Haystacks
In this video I show you how to make these quick and easy no-bake cookies.
Here is the recipe:
1.5 Cups of Quick Oats
1/2 Cup shredded Coconut ( I prefer unsweetened)
1/4 Cup of Vegan Butter ( I use Melt brand) * You could even use a nut butter if you prefer
1/4 Cup of Cocoa
1/4 Cup of Coconut Milk (Or your choice of dairy substitute)
1 Cup of Sugar (Any granulated kind works)
I love this recipe not only because it is vegan, but it's also really fast to make if you are having a sweet craving. You don't even need the oven!

No Bake Haystack Cookies Recipe are Sweet, Crunchy, and so Fun to Make!
Easy, chocolate-y NO BAKE Haystack Cookies are made in minutes with just a THREE ingredients. Add these to your Christmas cookie tray for an extra crunch, or make them in the summer when you want a sweet treat but don't want to use your oven.
----------------------------------FULL RECIPE BELOW-----------------------------------------------
Ingredients
▢12 ounces chocolate chips
▢12 ounces butterscotch chips
▢12 ounces chow mein noodles
▢sprinkles, if desired
Instructions
Combine the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in a microwave safe bowl.
Heat the chocolate and butterscotch in the microwave at full power for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for 30 second increments until smooth.
Add the chow mein noodles to a large bowl and pour the chocolate mixture over the noodles. Stir to coat.
Spoon heaping tablespoons of the chow mein noodles onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat mat. Decorate with sprinkles, if desired.
Allow the cookies to set, approximately 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
Store in an airtight container.
