How To make Coconut Apricot Haystacks's Videos
Chocolate Macaroons
This recipe came to me via an old cookbook. These macaroons are light as a feather, but have a good chew and deliver a delicate chocolate flavor. The coconut almost melts inside the cookie, but you can tell it's there. I spooned the batter out, but you could use a pastry bag with a star tip and really makes these party-fancy.
