EASY Mini Cheesecakes! Mini cheesecake recipe - No bake VS Baked

● Baked Easy Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g unsweetened Yogurt ( 7 ounces )
- 150 g Sugar (3/4 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- Grating of Lemon Zest
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 20 g Flour ( 2 tbsp )
Bake for 15 minutes!
● 5 minute No Bake Mini Cheesecakes:
- 400 g Philadelphia Cream Cheese ( 14 ounces )
- 200 g Heavy Cream ( 7 ounces )
- 100 g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Freeze for 15 minutes, then enjoy :)
● For the cheeesecake crust:
- 80 g Digestive biscuits/graham cracker cookies ( 3 ounces)
- 30 g Melted Butter ( 2 1/2 tbsp)

White Chocolate Ganache Decorated Cheesecake Tutorial- Rosie's Dessert Spot
In this cake decorating tutorial, I demonstrate how to create a smooth ganache marbled effect on your cake- only two ingredients needed for this gorgeous and tasty finish! Enjoy :)
OREO CHEESECAKE RECIPE:
2 packets of oreo cookies (275 grams)
3 tablespoons melted butter. Add 2 tablespoons, see how you go and add the 3rd if needed.
500 grams Philadelphia cheese
150 grams caster sugar
3 eggs
250 grams sour cream
4 tablespoons crushed Oreos
Bake in a preheated 180 Degree Celcius oven for 50 minutes to an hour. It will come out looking super jiggly, but that is actually what we want. Once 50 minutes has gone by, turn off your oven, and leave the door slightly ajar. Let the cake cool down this way for 30 mins to an hour. This helps reduce the risk of the top of the cake cracking and caving in.
WHITE CHOCOLATE GANACHE RECIPE:
300 grams white chocolate (I used Nestle)
100 grams heavy cream
blend together and melt in microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, and zap for another 20 seconds and so on as needed.
