How to Make Momma's Meatloaf
Momma's Meatloaf is a classic meatloaf that has the best flavor ever! This meatloaf recipe is easy to make, holds together, and has the best glaze on top!

✅Ingredients
• 2 pounds lean ground beef
• 1/2 white onion diced
• 1 cup dried bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon basil
• 1 teaspoon oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
FOR THE GLAZE:
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
2️⃣ 00:00:11 - In a large mixing bowl, knead together the ground beef, onion, bread crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, basil, oregano, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
3️⃣ 00:01:12 - Shape the meat into a loaf and put it into the prepared pan. Bake in the 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
4️⃣ 00:01:43 - Mix up the glaze in a small bowl by whisking together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce. Brush it over the hot meatloaf.
5️⃣ 00:02:15 - Increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees and bake an additional 15 minutes, or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.

Amazingly Easy Meatloaf
This delicious easy meatloaf recipe is so simple it will take you just minutes to have it prepared and ready to go in the oven.

As I mentioned above, this recipe will take you only about ten minutes to get it ready. It will take about an hour in the oven before it is ready for eating.
The ingredients I use in his easy meatloaf recipe are as followed:
500g (17 oz) ground beef
1 egg
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
Salt & pepper
Sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp mustard
1/3 cup ketchup
Don't forget to preheat the oven to either 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
I will mention just a few cooking tips to help you make the perfect easy meatloaf.
If you prefer more of the sauce topping, then place foil on the top. This will allow the sauce to retain its moisture. I recommended removing the foil about 30 minutes in to stop it from becoming too runny.
If you like the sauce to be sweet, then add more of the brown sugar to the recipe. I would recommend adding about two tablespoons instead of two teaspoons.
Meatloaf always goes great with a side of vegetables such as broccoli and cauliflower. If you can find these frozen, you can quickly zap them in the microwave and have them ready to go with your meal.

This microwave meatloaf is incredible and is really simple and quick! A perfect snack for any time.
I use quick cooking oats in this recipe (so it can be gluten free!) and I found that by using oats and milk over breadcrumbs and egg, it keeps the meatloaf from drying out despite being cooked in the microwave. Enjoy! :D

Microwave Meatloaf
It's Tasty Tuesday again! I'm sharing a recipe for Meatloaf that I came up with when I was just 16 years old... boy was that a long time ago! Now I make it in the microwave & I've never met a man that doesn't like it. It's a moist, tasty meal that cooks in 15 minutes. I'd love to know if you give this recipe a try. Enjoy!
