How To make Merry Cherry Chocolate Cupcakes
1 pk Cream cheese, softened (8oz)
1 pk Confectioners' sugar (16 oz)
1 cn Maraschino cherries, drained
-(6 oz) 2 c PLANTERS Pecan Halves
24 Prepared chocolate cupcakes,
-cooled (2 1/2") In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add confectioners' sugar, beating until smooth and creamy. Reserve 12 whole cherries; coarsely chop remaining cherries. Reserve 1 cup (about 72) pecan halves; coarsely chop remaining pecan halves.
In small bowl, combine 3/4 cup cream cheese frosting, chopped pecans and chopped cherries. Using the end of a wooden spoon, poke a 1" deep hole in top of each cupcake. Spoon about 1 tablespoonful pecan filling in each hole. Frost the tops of the cupcakes with remaining frosting. Halve reserved cherries. Top cupcakes with cherry halves and reserved pecan halves. Refrigerate until serving time.

One-Bowl Chocolate Cupcakes Recipe
Learn how to make my go-to chocolate cupcakes using just one bowl! You can make these in your stand mixer, with a hand mixer, or mix everything by hand – it's a fail proof recipe regardless! Get the full recipe below and read more about these chocolate cupcakes in my blog post:
Chocolate Cupcakes
Yield: 12-15 cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 Cup (132g) all purpose flour
¾ Cup (150g) white granulated sugar
⅓ Cup (30g) unsweetened natural cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ Cup (60ml) vegetable oil
1 large egg, room temperature
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
½ Cup (120ml) buttermilk, room temperature
½ Cup (120ml) hot coffee or hot water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF/177ºC and line a cupcake pan with 12-15 liners.
2. Whisk all of the dry ingredients together in a large bowl to fully combine them. Add the vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk and mix on low with either a hand mixer, the paddle attachment on your stand mixer, or by hand until combined. Add the hot coffee (or hot water) in a slow stream. Continue mixing on low until fully combined and smooth, 1-2 minutes. The batter will be very thin.
3. Pour the batter into the prepared cupcake liners (no more than ⅔ full) and bake for 15-18 minutes, until a wooden toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.

Chocolate Cherry Cupcakes | Briose cu ciocolata si cirese | Bella's Delicious Finds
Delicious, easy to make chocolate cupcakes with cherries and mascarpone frosting!
This is by far my favorite chocolate cupcakes recipe and I hope you will like it too!
All you need for these delicious cupcakes are the following ingredients:
3/4 + 2 (200g) tbsp softened unsalted butter
1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/2 (50g) cup cocoa powder
1 (150g) cup all purpose flour
and 4 tbsp milk
Mix butter with sugar foar a couple of minutes, then add the eggs and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients and the milk and mix to combine.
Scoop the batter in the cupcake tray and place a pitted cherry in the middle of each cupcake.
Bake for around 20 minutes at 365F or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool before frosting.
For the frosting you will need:
1 + 1/25 cup (250g) mascarpone cheese
1 cup (200ml) whipping cream
1 or 2 tbsp vanilla powdered sugar to taste
1 tsp almond essence
Mix the mascarpone a few seconds then add the whipping cream and beat until it stiffens. Add the sugar and essence. Place in piping bag and frost!

Briose cu ciocolata si cirese
Briose cu ciocolata delicioase si usor de facut cu frosting de mascarpone si frisca!
Aceasta este de departe reteta mea preferata pentru briose cu ciocolata si sper ca o sa va placa si voua!
Tot ce aveti nevoie pentru aceasta reteta este:
200g unt moale la temp camerei
200g zahar
4 oua
50g cacao
4 linguri lapte
Mixati cateva cam doua minute untul cu zaharul, apoi adaugati ouale si mixati bine. Adaugati ingredientele uscate si laptele si mixati totul.
Folositi o lingura de inghetata si transferati amestecul in forme pt briose.
Dati la copt pt aprox 20min sau testati cu scobitoarea.
Pentru frosting:
250g mascarpone
200ml frisca lichida
1-2 linguri zahar pudra vanilat dupa gust
1 lingurita esenta migdale
Mixati cateva secunde mascarponele apoi adaugati frisca lichida si mixati pana se intareste. Adaugati zaharul si esenta. Transferati intr-un pos si sunteti gata de decorat!
