How To make Deep Chocolate Cupcakes Ww
6 lg Prunes
- pitted 3 lg Egg whites
1 1/2 ts Vanilla extract
18 tb Flour, all-purpose
3/4 c Sugar, granulated
1/2 c Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 1/2 tb Sugar, powdered
Preheat oven to 350F. Line 12 2-3/4" muffin cups with paper liners. In food processor, puree prunes and 1/2 cup water until smooth. Scrape puree into large bowl. With electric mixer, beat together prune puree and 1/2 cup water. Add egg whites and vanilla; beat until thoroughly combined. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix completely. Spoon batter evenly into prepared cups, filling each about 2/3 full. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Sprinkle evenly with powdered sugar. Weight Watcher Exchanges: 1/2 Bread, 80 Optional Calories. Nutritional Analysis per serving: 122 calories, 3 g. protein, 28 g. carbohydrate, 1 g. fat, 130 mg. sodium, 0 mg. cholesterol. Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes
Hey guys!!
If you are new here I wanted to say WELCOME really quick!! And if you have been hanging with me for awhile i think you know my love for Disney!!! And I have decided I NEEEEED to start making more fun WW style Disney eats!! So this is hopefully the first of many treat and ideas to come your way!! Now here are the deets on how to make these yummy cupcakes....
What you will need for 12 small cupcakes cakes {3sp per cupcakes}
1/2 a pack of SF yellow cake mix
1/2c of water
1/3c of unsweetened apple sauce
1 egg
cinnamon to taste
Filling:
5g SF white chocolate pudding mix
2oz of plain ff yogurt
1oz low fat cool whip
Frosting:
4g sf white chocoalte pudding mix
2.5oz low fat cool whip
1c cinnamon toast crunch cereal
What you need if you want to make want to make 12 large cupcakes {6sp per cupcake}
1 package of SF cake mix
1c of water
1/3c of unsweetened apple sauce
2 eggs
cinnamon to taste
Filling:
10g SF white chocolate pudding mix
4oz of plain ff yogurt
2oz low fat cool whip
Frosting:
4g sf white chocoalte pudding mix
2.5oz low fat cool whip
1c cinnamon toast crunch cereal
How to bake them is the same process other then bake times....
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
* Mix all your cake ingredients together
* spray your cupcake tins so it doesn't stick
* pour your batter
* bake 1/2 batch for 15-18 min.
* bake full batch 22-24 min ( maybe even more )
* while cupcakes are baking make your filling and your frosting.
* once your cupcakes are done let them cool before you will them with the filling.
* to fill them I put my filling in a large ziplock bag and then took a knife and cut a small whole in the top of each cupcake. Then I pipped the filling in until it started coming out of the top. Don't worry if it looks messy or comes out a lot. You will cover with the frosting.
* frost each cupcake and then add your cinnamon toast crunch on top.
* last and most important step: ENJOY!!!!!

Weight Watchers Low Point Steamed Chocolate Cake recipe
Hi there folks, this is another fast video, made during distance learning insanity for the kiddos... where I have a few minutes to show you how to make a sugar free, low calorie, low point per serving steamed chocolate cake... while racing between their virtual classes. All that's required is a box of pillsbury sugar free cake mix (yellow or devils food cake), 0 point carbonated beverage o' choice, eggs and baking powder. You can skip the egg and use the old apple sauce trick... but the cake will not rise nearly as high. In this video, I'm using 3 eggs. If you're on the Green Plan, you can use 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites for the points to stay the same as listed. That'll still give you a good bit of lift. Once you've had a cake like this, you won't go back, especially because you don't have to heat up your oven.
Ingredients:
* 1 sugar free devil's food cake mix... OR, if all you can find is sugar free yellow cake mix, add 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder to it... boom... instant devils food cake mix.
* 1-3/4 cup 0 point carbonated beverage o' choice. (diet soda, club soda, flavored 0 point seltzer water... whatever).
* 3 large eggs (if on Green, use 1 egg and 2 egg whites)
* 1 tsp baking powder
That's it.

The BEST Sugar Free - Gluten Free - Low Carb Chocolate Cupcakes
The best sugar and gluten free cupcakes! Fast and easy! Recipe is below. Makes about 6 regular cupcakes - multiply as needed. Two net carbs.
Mix dry ingredients thoroughly:
1/2 cup almond flour
Sugar substitute (equivalent to 1/4 cup of sugar) - use scant amount - less is best.
Splenda Naturals taste great! (but, it DOES contain erythritol)
2 tablespoons unsweet cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Then, add:
1 egg (jumbo size)
2 tablespoons oil (I used olive)
2 tablespoons almond milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Microwave on high one and a half to two minutes (overcooking will make them dry).
Optional brush with chocolate glaze (melt low carb chocolate and sweeten to taste)

HAWAIIAN PASTA SALAD: 3/4 CUP = 4SP
**MODIFICATIONS: Fiber Goumet Pasta, 8oz Ham, Light Mayo, Light Sour Cream and Sugar Free Honey**
1SP CUPCAKES:

1 tsp of espresso powder (intensifies the flavor)

2 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of Lily's dark chocolate baking chips
1 egg

Mix the dry then add the wet ingredients. Bake at 350.
**MODIFICATIONS: I doubled the recipe to make 12 cupcakes and used regular cocoa**
