How To make Marie's Peanut Butter Dreams
1 c Butter or margarine
1 c Peanut butter
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 c Brown sugar, packed
2 lg Eggs
1 ts Vanilla extract
2 1/4 c Ground oatmeal flour; * see
-note 2 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Peanuts; chopped
Optional MARIE FRANGIPANE (KHMG99B) Hi .. these are my favorite melt-in-your-mouth peanut butter cookies ... you grind regular oatmeal in the blender before mixing it into the cookie batter and they are the best!! Beat together butter, peanut butter and sugars; blend in eggs and vanilla. Add combined dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in nuts if desired. Chill dough about one hour. Shape to form one inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with fork dipped in sugar to form pattern. Bake in preheated oven 350 about ten minutes or till edges are golden. MAKES ABOUT 4-1/2 DOZEN COOKIES You can substitue vegetable shortening for butter
and omit chilling the dough. * GROUND OATMEAL FLOUR (so easy) Place l-1/4 cups any oatmeal (quick or old-fashioned, uncooked) in blender or food processor. Cover; blend about one minute; stopping blender occasionally to stir oats. Makes one cup ground oatmeal flour. To make larger amounts of Ground Oat Flour, repeat above recipe to produce amount desired. Will store covered in container in cool dry place for up to six months. These are better then the average peanut butter cookie and really do melt in your mouth!! -----

All Purpose Flour 2 Cups (250 g)
Grated Carrots 2 Cups (350 g)
Egg 4 medium sized
Sugar 2/3 to 1 Cup. ( depending on the sweetness you want)/(135g to 200g)
Oil 2/3 Cup ( 150ml)
Vanilla Essence. 1 tsp
Baking Powder. 1&1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Bake in a preheated oven @ 165 C for 60 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clear..
Pan. 6 inch

Welcome to SheebasCookeryWorld. In today's video, lets see the recipe of Peanut Butter Cheesecake Delight. It is an easy no bake dessert, which you can make for the New Years' Eve party.
Ingredients:
Digestive Biscuits - 6
Melted Butter (unsalted) - 2 tbsp
Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
Whipping Cream - 1/4 cup
Butterscotch Candies - 1/4 cup
Cream Cheese (room temperature) - 180 gms
Peanut Butter (room temperature) - 70 gms
Powdered Sugar - 100 gms
Vanilla Extract - 1.5 tsp
Whipping Cream (chilled) - 100 gms
Salted Peanuts - for garnish
Preparation:
Add the Digestive Biscuits into a food processor and grind them into a coarse powder.
Add melted butter to this and mix well to combine.
Spread the biscuit layer evenly at the bottom of the serving glass. Press down firmly with the help of a spoon.
Add whipping cream to chocolate chips and microwave in 20 second increments until the chocolate melts. Stir well until the chocolate dissolves completely and there are no lumps.
Allow the melted chocolate to cool down slightly and then pour on top of the biscuit layer. Spread the chocolate evenly on top.
Add some butterscotch candies on top. This will give a nice crunch to the dessert.
Refrigerate this until the chocolate layer sets.
To prepare the peanut butter cheesecake mixture, take some cream cheese at room temperature. To this add peanut butter at room temperature.
Use an electric hand mixer to cream them together until well combined.
Add in powdered sugar in small batches and blend well.
Add in Vanilla Extract and blend well.
Take whipping cream in a separate bowl and whip well until soft peaks are formed.
Incorporate half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter cream cheese mixture and fold in gently.
Refrigerate this mixture for 20 minutes.
Fit a piping bag with a rose petal nozzle and fill the piping bag with the peanut butter cream cheese mixture.
Pipe out the mixture into each of the serving glass. If you want, you can also fill the glass with a spoon.
Refrigerate this for another 10 minutes.
Finally add a scoop of whipped cream on top. And garnish with butterscotch candies and salted peanuts.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Delight is ready to be served. Refrigerate until these are ready to be served.
