How To make Make Ahead Sausage Souffle
1/2 lb Hot bulk pork sausage 1/2 ts Salt
4 Eggs 1/2 ts Dry mustard
3 sl White bread; crumbed 1 c Shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c Milk
Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain off fat and set sausage aside. Beat eggs until lightly colored. Add bread crumbs, milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage. Stir in cheese. Spoon into ungreased 1-quart souffle dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day bake at 325F 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately. 16 ounces frozen hashbrowns defrosted (about 3 cups or half a 32-ounce bag)
1/2 to 1 pound breakfast sausage, browned
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
6 eggs
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and brown sausage.
Layer defrosted hash browns in greased 7x11 or 9x9 casserole dish.
Layer the browned sausage over the hashbrowns.
Sprinkle cheese over top the sausage and hashbrowns
Mix together the eggs with seasonings and milk and pour over the layers of hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese
Bake for 40-45 minutes or until eggs are set.

Sausage Biscuits and Gravy Casserole Ingredients
1 pkg Biscuits (Pilsbury, 8 count)
1/2 lb Bacon
6 eggs
1 pkg peppered gravy mix *2.3 oz package
1 lb. Italian Sausage
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup milk (for eggs)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Gravy Ingredients
2 tbsp of Butter (can use 2 tbsp of Bacon Fat to level up the flavor)
2 tbsp Flour
2 cups Half & Half (can use heavy cream or whole milk)
2 tbsp All Purpose seasoning (I used Garlic Butter seasoning from Sweetsmokiejoe.com)
1/8 - 1/2 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper to taste
Note: Can use1 packet of Peppered Gravy Mix (2.3 oz. package) if you don't want to make your own Gravy.
