How To make Lemon Glazed Poppyseed Bundt Cake
1 1/2 c baking Butter, Mrs. Bateman's Butterlike(t --
softened 2 c granulated sugar
12 oz evaporated skim milk
1 c egg whites
1 tsp salt
1 3/4 tsp baking soda
3 c all-purpose flour
2 tsp lemon extract
3 tbsp poppy seeds
1 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Mix together the softened Bakin Butter, sugar and eggs until almost smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix just until there are no more lumps, then stop.Pour into a vegetable-sprayed Bundt pan and bake in a 325 F. pre-heated oven for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Immediately turn cake over on serving platter to cool.
Mix the 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and lemon juice together until smooth, to make glaze. When cake is completely cool, drizzle glaze over top.

Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups Granulated Sugar (250g)
6 Tbsp Softened Unsalted Butter (85g)
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil (60 mL)
Zest of 2 Lemons
2 Large Eggs
Juice of 2 Lemons- 1/4 Cup (60 mL) for cake, reserve the remainder
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract (5 mL) or sub Lemon Extract for a stronger lemon flavor
2 1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (283g)
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder (6g)
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda (3g)
1/4 Tsp Salt (less than 1g)
2 Tbsp - 1/4 Cup Poppy seeds
1 Cup Buttermilk (250 mL) - OR add 1 Tbsp white vinegar to measuring cup, fill with milk to 1 cup and let sit until thickened.
for Glaze:
1 Cup Powdered Sugar (125g)
4-6 Tsp Lemon Juice (20 - 30 mL) - reserved from juiced lemons

Lemon Poppy seeds Bundt cake
Moist and Delicious Cake that’s full of Lemon flavor, become my favorite
Recipe:
For the cake
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups granulated sugar, mix until fluffy then add
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup vegetable oil, mix again on slow speed, until well combined
Mix dry ingredients separate
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 3 tbsp poppy seeds
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 1 vanilla sugar ( or add 1 tbsp vanilla liquid extract into the cake batter)
Pour dry ingredients into a cake batter in portions, mixing in one direction until everything is well combined
• add 1 tbsp of almond extract
• lemon zest
• 1/2 lemon, juice
Mix again and pour cake better in prepared Bundt pan
( lightly oiled and floured)
Bake cake at 375 f for 40 minutes, until golden ( depending on your oven)
While cake is still warm, drizzle, or cover the entire cake with glaze
• 2 cups icing sugar
• 1 tbsp almond extract
• lemon juice added 1 tbsp at a time, until perfect consistency

This cake is so light and fluffy.

Lemon and poppy seed bundt cake:
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
1 cup buttermilk
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 packet dry vanilla pudding
3 eggs
1/4 cup poppy seeds
Directions:
Mix the flour, baking soda and salt set aside.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add in the eggs one at a time.
Add in the vanilla powder and mix until well combined.
Add in the dry ingredients in 3 batches and add in the buttermilk in 2 batches, mix until smooth.
Add in the poppy seeds and the lemon juice and mix until well combined.
Pour into greased bundt tin and bake at 180 degrees celsius for 60 minutes.
Lemon Icing:'
Ingredients:
1 cup icing sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
Mix until smooth.
Pour over cake.
Cut into cake and enjoy!
