How To make Lemon Crisps
2 Cup Flour
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Butter Or Margarine,softened
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Tsp Grated Lemon Peel
1 Egg
1 Tbl Lemon Juice
In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. In large bowl cream butter, sugar and peel until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and lemon juice until well mixed (mixture may appear curdled). Stir in flour mixture until blended. Shape sough in two 2-inch diameter rolls. Wrap tight; chill 4 hours or until firm. With sharp, thin knife, using sawing motion, slice 3/16 inch thick. Add optional decorations. Place slices 1 inch apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake in preheated 365 degree oven 8-10 minutes or until golden on bottom. Remove to rack to cool. HOLIDAY DECORATION: To make tree stencil, fold 3-inch square heavy-gauge paper in half. Using fold as center, cut out a design that does not exceed 2x2 inches. Place pattern on cookie; sprinkle cut out with colored sugar. Place cinnamon candy on top/

????Ingredients:
• 1 ripe avocado, large
• Grated parmesan
• QuickLemon
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• Salt & pepper
????The How-to:
• Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Lay a tray with oven paper.
• In a medium sized cup, mash the avocado until smooth.
• Add the parmesan, a splash of QuickLemon, garlic and oregano. Season with salt & pepper.
• Using a spoon, place portions of the mixture on the tray. Flatten each portion with the back of the spoon or a cup.
• Bake for about 30 minutes until crisp and golden. Leave to cool and serve.
