How To make Hummous

3 md Cloves garlic, sliced
1 lg Handful parsley
2 md Scallions, in 1" pieces
3 c Cooked Chick peas
6 tb Tahini
6 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Salt (to taste)

OPTIONAL.. CAYENNE AND:

CUMIN TO TASTE:

1. Place garlic, parsley, and scallions in a food processor or blender and
mince. 2. Add chick peas, tahini, lemon juice, and salt, and puree to a thick paste.
