Crab Stuffed Avocado
This is a great recipe for crab stuffed avocado. We made our crab mixture with lump crab meat, mayo, old bay seasoning, salt, pepper, scallions and havarti cheese. We dusted our avocados with panko breading, and placed our crab mixture into the center.
We also made hollandaise from scratch using a blender. It is an easy and fool proofway to make an easy emulsification.
Our avocados were placed in a 350 degree oven and then broiled to get a nice browning on the panko and melt the cheese.

This Healthy Tuna Stuffed Avocado is stuffed with a flavorful southwest mixture of tuna, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro. No mayo necessary here! It's the perfect healthy lunch.

✅Ingredients
• 1 avocado, halved and pitted
• 1 (4.5 oz) cans tuna, drained
• 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
• 1 tablespoons minced jalapeno
• 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• salt and pepper (to taste)
✅Instructions
1️⃣ 00:00:26 - Scoop out some of the avocado from the pitted area to widen the bowl area. Place the scooped avocado into a medium-size mixing bowl. Mash it with a fork.
2️⃣ 00:01:19 - Add the tuna, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cilantro to the mixing bowl. Pour lime juice over. Stir it all together until everything is well mixed.
3️⃣ 00:02:23 - Scoop the tuna into the avocado bowls. Season with salt and pepper.
