Recipe for Hot Artichoke Dip
1 -- 14 oz cans artichokes hearts
¾ plus ¾ c freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ c mayonnaise
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Garlic powder
Crackers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain and chop artichoke hearts. Mix the 3/4c of parmesan cheese with mayo. Mix the ¾ c parmesan cheese with the mayo, Worcestershire, garlic powder. Place in small casserole dish, sprinkle w/remaining ¾ c parmesan. Bake 20 min or until bubbles.

Prep Time: 10 minutes Cook Time: 30 minutes Serves: 2 to 4 people
✨INGREDIENTS 4 large artichoke hearts, canned in water (about half 15 oz can) 120 grams ¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese 34 grams ½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Best Foods Brand) 114 grams 3 tablespoons finely chopped shallot (about 1 shallot) 25g 1 teaspoon dijon mustard 6g 1 teaspoon pepper 1g Finely chopped chives to garnish Crackers and crudites to serve
✨INSTRUCTIONS Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Thoroughly dry artichoke hearts and roughly chop.
Mix everything together in a medium bowl and transfer to a small oven-safe dish.
Bake until the edges are lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve!
Note: I love baking and serving this in two 5-inch ramekins. They make for a pretty presentation!
