Chicken Dressing Casserole
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (or a rotisserie chicken)
Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb Seasoning
2 (10.5 ounce) cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup whole milk
1 onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, sliced thin
12 oz. Stove Top Stuffing
2 cups chicken broth
2 sticks butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray a 9”x13” inch casserole dish.
Cook chicken breasts, allow to cool slightly, and chop into bite sized pieces. (Or shred a rotisserie chicken.). Spread in the bottom of casserole dish.
Lightly sprinkle the chicken with the Mrs. Dash Seasoning. 
Stir together the soups, milk, onion, and celery. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken.
In the same bowl, stir together the contents of the Stove Top Stuffing packages, the chicken broth, and the melted butter. Spread the stuffing gently over the soup mixture to cover the top.
Bake at 375° for 40 minutes.

This is a recipe that I have been seeing for some time on the internet and Pinterest for Million Dollar Chicken Casserole. I did try it early on but wasn't quite captivated by it's flavors. So recently I decided to try it again and put my own spin on it. I only changed a few things but now I think we have a winner. It is so easy to make and I think y'all will love it. So here ya go.
Ingredients:
3 1/2 - cups chopped cooked chicken
4- oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 cup pimento cheese
8 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
1 can cream of bacon soup (or cream of chicken)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried onion powder
1/2 tsp dried sweet basil
1 sleeve Club® crackers, crushed
5 tablespoons butter, melted.
Preheat oven to 350ºF and spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, bacon, pimento cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, basil and cream of bacon soup.
Spread into prepared pan.
Combine crushed Club® crackers and butter, sprinkle over chicken mixture..
Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes until bubbly and toasted golden on top.

1 clove garlic , minced
¼ cup cornmeal
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt

¼ cup sour cream (4 tablespoons)
¼ cup milk

1 cup corn kernels (use frozen and thawed corn or canned corn that has been rinsed and drained)

Simple Delicious Low cost mushroom casserole (frittata)
INGREDIENTS:
- white and brown mushrooms
- medium onion
-salt as needed
-black pepper
-parsley
-large eggs
-big spoon of extra virgin oil
-big spoon of graded mozzarella
-big spoon of graded mature cheddar
-big spoon of mild cheddar
DESCRIPTION:
To cook this delicious and quick low cost mushroom/casserole
slice some white and brown mushrooms ,slice some onions then fry onions for 2 min add sliced mushrooms to fry with onions, add in an oven pan some parsley then salt and black pepper, brake 3 large eggs , add some graded mozzarella ,graded matured cheddar and some graded mild cheddar , don't forget to cook with extra virgin oil.
cook in oven pre heated oven for 6 -7 min 180-200 C then leave stand for 3 min, then ready to serve.
