How To make Potato, Onion, and Rosemary Casserole
1/4 c butter
2 lg onions
thinly sliced
2 tbsps fresh rosemary :
snipped
1/2 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp freshly ground pepper
4 med baking potatoes -- thinly sliced
1 c half and half
Preheat oven to 350=B0. Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted. Stir in onions, rosemary, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until onion is very soft and begins to brown, about 20 minutes. Arrange half of the potato slices in greased 10 x1 1/2" pie plate. Top with half the onion mixture. Repeat layers. Pour half and half over top. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Uncover and cook until top is golden brown, about 20 minutes longer. Cut into wedges to serve.

First chop carrots crosswise
Prepare the carrots to be the same size as the small bulbs

Chop potatoes in large pieces and keep in the water
Divide chicken into two or three pieces and prepare

You can prepare this dish from chicken baguette or arm parts
Chicken pieces must be boned
Add some salt to the boiling water

Cook potatoes in salt water

Add wheat flour and mix
Medium fire stir in flour
Add some rosemary a little curry
Add some powder ginger
Add salt and add boiling water
Optionally add one liter of cold milk into the creamy consistency
We combine the ingredients we cook
Add the sauce you prepared
It will be better to bake it for fifteen minutes like this
You can add something to the table while you are serving it

Bobbi's Kitchen roasted vegetables
INGREDIENTS:
1 small butternut squash, cubed
2 red bell peppers, seeded and diced
1 sweet potato, peeled and cubed
3 Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
1 red onion, quartered
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1.Preheat oven to 475 degrees F (245 degrees C).
2.In a large bowl, combine the squash, red bell peppers, sweet potato, and Yukon Gold potatoes. Separate the red onion quarters into pieces, and add them to the mixture.
3.In a small bowl, stir together thyme, rosemary, olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss with vegetables until they are coated. Spread evenly on a large roasting pan.
4.Roast for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, or until vegetables are cooked through and browned.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2-3 potatoes peeled and sliced thinly
- 1/2 box of elbow pasta with 1/4 cup of onions chopped and mixed in there
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom soup
- 2 fistfuls of green beans snapped in half
- 1/2 lb. shredded gruyere (approx. 7 oz.)
- Breadcrumbs for dusting on top
- Sprinkling of rosemary
