Ingredients: Bread Crumbs 1 head of fresh or frozen broccoli 1 small jar cheese whiz 2 thick slices of ham cut in chunks 1/4 cup milk
Cook broccoli 5 minutes in unsalted water. In a small pan melt cheese and milk together. Put broccoli in a baking dish. Put chunks of ham on top of broccoli Pour cheese sauce on top of broccoli and ham Sprinkle the bread crumbs over mixture Bake at 350°F until bread crumbs are browned. _______________________________________________________________________

Directions Boil broccoli for 3 minutes first Drain water and broccoli to baking dish Add your eggs, mayo, cheese cream of bacon, and seasoning Mix well Layer the top with Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar cheese, and crushed ritz crackers Add 1 inch thick slices of butter on top Bake on 350 for 45 minutes enjoy ????

Of course this low-carb and Keto Ham and Broccoli Casserole au Gratin is a riff on my mega-popular Low-Carb Ham and Cauliflower Casserole au Gratin! And if you’ve enjoyed the version with cauliflower, this one is equally delicious!
Cheesy Ham and Broccoli Casserole
1/2 onion 1 tbs margarine 1 frozen bag of broccoli 1 package “ready” penne pasta (or cook 1 cup dry penne pasta) 1 cup chopped lunch meat ham 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese (divided) 3 tbs bacon bits 1/4 tbs Parmesan
Topping: 1/2 cup panko crumbs 2 tbs melted butter 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Chop onion
Cook onion and margarine for a few minutes
Cook broccoli according to directions on the packaging
Heat (or cook) penne pasta
Chop lunch meat ham
In large mixing bowl add: cream of chicken soup, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, 1 cup shredded cheese (reserve 1 cup)
Stir. Add in broccoli, ham, and penne pasta
Grease 9x13
Add half of mixture
Sprinkle with remaining cheese
Add remaining pasta mixture
In separate dish combine panko crumbs, Melted butter, and Parmesan cheese
