CHEESY BROCCOLI CASSEROLE | चीज़ी ब्रोकली केसर्ओल
[INGREDIENTS]
Blanched Broccoli florets
Dill / Soya leaves
Salted butter (1 tbsp)
Finely chopped garlic (2 large pods)
Refined flour (1 & 1/2 tbsp)
Milk (approx 250 ml)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black pepper powder (1/2 tsp)
Mixed herbs (1/2 tsp)
Grated cheddar cheese
Grease with olive oil
Grated Cheddar, Mozzarella & Gouda cheese
(You can add cheese of your choice)

Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Ingredients
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup onions, chopped
20 ounces packages frozen chopped broccoli
8 ounces shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Colby Jack
salt and pepper to taste
1 sleeve butter crackers
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Butter an 8x8 inch baking dish.
Step 2
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together condensed soup, mayonnaise, egg and onions.
Step 3
Place frozen broccoli into a very large mixing bowl. Break up the frozen broccoli. Using a rubber spatula, scrape soup-mayonnaise mixture on top of broccoli, and mix well. Sprinkle on cheese, Season with salt, pepper and mix well. Spread mixture into prepared baking dish, and smooth top of casserole. Top with cracker mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, uncovered

Ingredients
▢1½ lbs fresh broccoli florets (about 4 medium heads)
▢3 tablespoons salted butter
▢½ medium onion (finely diced)
▢4 cloves garlic (minced)
▢1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
▢½ teaspoon salt
▢⅛ teaspoon black pepper
▢3 tablespoons all purpose flour
▢2½ cups milk
▢2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
▢1 cup crushed cheese crackers (about 60 grams)
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes (less if you like more texture, more if you like them softer).
Drain broccoli well (you may want to lay them on paper towel to absorb some moisture) and add to a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Make the cheese sauce:
In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat.
Add onion and cook until translucent.
Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper and cook 1 minute.
Add flour and stir until no white remains.
Whisk in milk until smooth. Continue cooking and whisking until thickened, about 4-5 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups cheese and pour over broccoli in pan. Stir to coat.
Top with remaining ½ cup shredded cheese and crushed cheese crackers.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve.

1 lemon, juiced
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated, divided
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

0:30 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
0:33 Blanch the broccoli for 2 minutes until tender and drain.
0:47 Chop the tomatoes and add them to the broccoli.

Broccoli Casserole || Thanksgiving Side Dish Recipe

Ingredients
1 6 ounces box stuffing mix (chicken or turkey)
2 10 ounce bags frozen broccoli florets, thawed and drained
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces Velveeta cubed
Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Prepare your stuffing according to package instructions. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, heat cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cubes over medium heat, stirring frequently until Velveeta is melted
When soup mixture is completely combined, remove from heat and set aside.
Place broccoli in an 8x8 casserole dish. Cut broccoli into smaller pieces if you like. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in soup mixture with broccoli in the casserole dish. Spread the soup and broccoli even through the dish.
Top with prepared stuffing.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350°
