●1/2 cup packed brown sugar
●1/2 teaspoon salt
●1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
●1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
●1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
●1 quart vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

- .75 cup sugar - .5 tsp salt - 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 2 eggs - 1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin purée - 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
Cook at 425 F for 15 min Cover crust with pie shield and continue to bake at 350 F for 40-45 min until center is slightly jiggly but not wet.
